Are you going to build a tank to go inside it? -
Wow! Door design is clever, mind if I use? Have not seen before. Will give credit of course!

This car is simply beautiful. Has anyone created LXF? If no, would love to help.

I am curious how 6x6 would steer around a corner, especially with a setup like this (9398 with a third axle). All axles steered. https://docs.google.com/drawings/d/1bjoUXNip6BhAR0IJl7YnxdkfHIhLlTnRuSM0FVikprY/edit?usp=sharing The Google Drawing above explains what I am visualizing. how do I calculate the ideal angle for the wheels to turn at Ackerman-style? Do other 6x6, 8x8 vehicles address this? With 8x8 it would be even worse without readjusting the wheel steering properly.

Hello. I like to watch truck trial videos. These trucks are usually veeeeeeeery slow to increase torque. However, it would be more interesting if there was a road test comparison included as well. This road test would include: 1. Drive between the cones- agility test (smaller cars with higher steering locks will win) 2. Top speed down a 100m strip- best power to weight vehicle wins (favors use of gearbox, increasing realism), testing acceleration and then braking in shortest distance possible 3. Match-up / realism test- compare vehicle dynamics with IRL vehicle (is braking mechanism, number of gears, aesthetics, etc. accurate?) These tests will create more interesting races and more realistic cars. For example, gearboxes will be essential to compete well in both off-road and on-road portions. I am creating a vehicle to run through these tests, will keep update

Their value will definitely increase over time, at least as long as people like Lego- which as far as we know will be for forever Go to Brickpicker, you will see probably 10% annual growth rate in value per year. personally I would take out a loan (if I had good credit, etc.) before selling these- it would be like "cash for gold", when you lose money. Plus sentimental value If you do sell them though, either try to sell them for top dollar or sell them to someone on Eurobricks. EDIT: Not sure whether collection or separate is best. Also, remember prices climb whenever new Pirates sets or Christmas rolls around.

What is worse than being captured by pirates? What is gorier than being burned alive? Being stabbed to death by barnacles along the hull of a pirate ship I present "Keelhauling". Hello, I am building small model in which Technic Half Beam 3 (I want 3 circular holes rather than 1 circular + 2 axle holes, unlike 6632, http://brickset.com/parts/4223767 ) is crucial. However, this is not a Lego element. I have access to a low-end (around $1000) 3D printer, and a pair of scissors and sander. Would I get a higher-quality piece by: 1. Sanding 7M/6M/etc. half beam into 3M beam 2. 3D printing it (I would have to make the CAD file, .stl, I believe) 3. Sand a 3M lever (6632) so the axle holes are "opened up" to become pin holes Regards, nonpurists, assistance wished for
