  1. i agree with piterx. your model could, however, use more work around the mudguards.
  2. I love you now Sariel lol This is actually older, though (I would know since I took AP Art History): Venus of Willendorf Large image Studfull is, however, in some ways inferior, such as that it generally requires a larger scale to reach the same level of detail. For example: the diff which can be locked or unlocked with a transmission diff which fits in a 4X6 diff requires a bigger space than the latest diff, which fits in a 3X5 STUDLESS frame. lol this is more Model Team than technic but whatever floats your boat
  3. I will probably build your chassis and change the body
  4. 5 bucks for 100% of the pieces I think I actually have the parts to build this...This is a step toward more powerful tanks, since there is no worry of the knob gears breaking under massive torque.
  5. I'm trying to develop a compact suspension which mimics that of a Peterbilt 379. This is the model I am using for "inspiration" (I'm copying the bodywork and changing everything else): http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/409409 I've looked at threads like this: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=80713&hl=peterbilt but I want something smaller-scale. Any ideas?? This is the hardest part for me of this truck, getting the suspension right
  6. This is a pretty clever idea! Would this be useful for subtractors for tanks? For any other application, it seems 2 perpendicular knob gears would be best.
  7. This stand is more impressive than the actual model that sits on it.
  8. I'll look around for it, thanks. I was hoping one of the SBrick team would run across this topic.
  9. Hi eurobricks, I plan on getting a Galaxy S5, and I want to know whether it will be compatible with the SBrick. If not, will an iPhone 4S with iOS7 work? (This is my second phone. I would prefer to use my Galaxy S5, though.) Thanks!
  10. You could use efferman's universal joints, those are very strong
  11. That would be slow top speed and low acceleration, but it would probably move.
  12. You should make the rear diff lockable, that would be very cool!
  13. is there another lever or whatever you call it to control the ride height?
  14. thanks for that pic lol that's a very soft ride if you use flex axles that's a clever idea! And if you want to make the ride softer, you make the plates longer, and if you want to make the ride harder, use shorter plates or add reinforcement plates or tiles..
  15. No, I would definitely pay extra because it's branded- not more than 10%, though.
  16. I'm going to use this an a small Technic vehicle. I remember thinking your previous design was tall and inefficient (although still one of the best gearbox designs yet). EDIT: can someone make an LXF of this?
  17. Hi Disneybricks members (happy I love DisneyTM! day), How do I embed pictures in a post? Rather than just putting links to them. Thanks!
  18. Blakbird, why don't you update some of the years, like 2012? There are .ldr and .mpd for most of that year's sets.
