  1. Looking forward to seeing this in real bricks. It's a unique tunnel steam locomotive. Helps that it burns oil instead of coal, if I recall.
  2. Maybe it is the black magic of the next available number?
  3. LEGO has always been expensive. You're paying for the brand name. There are many plastic construction toys that can be had for less money. The size of the box, graphics and/or shape is to attract the consumer's attention in a sea of other toys on the store shelves. If they noticed you, they might want to buy you.
  4. Probably some PF M-motors for GBCs. Nothing interesting for March. Maybe Technic set 42043 if there is going to be double VIP in October 2015.
  5. They are no longer made but you can still find them on BrickLink, etc.
  6. Welcome aboard, Stefan.
  7. Or if Butler didn't butted into Lockette. Rookie mistake.
  8. Yesterday's impulse buy. The Force is weak in me.
  9. So do Great Ball Contraptions (GBCs). Have a couple of spare chairs for the moms to sit and chat with you while their kids watch the balls going around and around.
  10. Those coupons seem to be good in Canada too. Got my while supplies last Hans Solo Hoth. Brick Specialist said I was the second person to get one of them at his store. I wonder who was first?
  11. You could try a swing out door design.
  12. Did they get court approval already to proceed with liquidation?
  13. Yay, Patriots. The last few minutes were tough to watch...
  14. Annie, are you sure this is good for missa pores? Day 032 of 365: Hot Bath by dr_spock_888, on Flickr
  15. Use them to control train track switches.
  16. Great B model. I've seen trailers like that with a crane on some truck website.
  17. If MOCs are considered works of art, then in the USA you have copyright the moment it is created and fixed in a tangible form that it is perceptible either directly or with the aid of a machine or device. You should register your copyright at the US Copyright Office if you think your work will be stolen by infringers to make lots of money.
  18. You should try different heights to see which one you're comfortable with based on the task. I used to work in a factory assembly line and stand all day. Some of the stations have adjustable heights since everyone is not the same size. I felt stronger working at the factory than at the IT office job.
  19. Oops, there seems to be a bug in the system. Day 031 of 365: Beam Me Up by dr_spock_888, on Flickr I'll leave the interpretation up to the viewers. Hope he won't fart out the secret location of the Rebel base.
  20. Here is the Eurobricks topic on rendering with LDD2POVRAY -> http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=71654 It's pretty easy, basically run LDD2POV and load in your LDD file and wait for it to render which can take a very long time depending on your computer hardware and desired resolution. Here is a rendering I made from a LDD created by Murlock17. He was inspired by my rotary snow plow MOC and made his own version in LDD.
  21. What happened to your trains? They seem to be in various states of disintegration.
  22. Neat. Where are the Mr. and Mrs. Potato Heads to make the french fries. Man, I miss real fresh chicken.
  23. Yup, that's how that grille look on the real thing. You could always mod the grille on the truck to a different Mercedes style.
