I hope to have it done in time for a convention in June. I had hoped to have it done for a display this month, but got sick and had to cancel. Steve

Well it was initially started on eighteen 32x32 baseplates. I enlarged it to thirty-six baseplates. And then I expanded again to fifty-four baseplates. And I'm considering expanding it to seventy-two... You can see an in progress picture here: Steve

No train around our tree. The cat likes to sleep under the tree too much. I have decorated half my tree with Lego ornaments though. Steve

Oooh, prize C is the sweet one this year. Though E and F are not without their charms too. Steve

Oooh, the doctor is such a great figure. Sorry you're disqualified. It says tree, not trees. I'm looking forward to it. Steve

The droids and JarJar all come from the first line from Episode I. I do have several copies of the Naboo Swamp. Steve

Thanks. I had some personal stuff come up, right about the time of a Lego Con, and it really kind of put me off from building for pretty much all of the summer. I think I'm back now though. Here is my current layout and here is what I'm working on expanding it with. The Binx will go on the expansion side. Steve

I would like to acquire the Dark Blue Doctor figure, but don't particularly want the game. Is there anyone who wants the game that doesn't want the figure? Then we could essentially split the costs. Steve

Why is the Series 1 Zombie so expensive?

They wouldn't even have to do the same figure. Just something similar, like the red cheerleader or black robot. Steve- 43 replies

I built this as an entry for a contest over at Classic-Castle, but thought I'd share here... It is a castlization (is that word?) of the Polaris I Space Lab, released in 1987 and that I was always fascinated with as a kid. Instead of a Space Lab, the evil magic users have built a tower of sorcery. Basil, Majisto and Willa use their arcane talents to practice summoning. In lieu of the rocket slides, I have included wheeled transport carts. Instead of lunar craters, we have a small stand of pine trees. I have also replaced the two flying machines of the original with the obligatory catapult and a ferocious dragon. Steve

It has some great potential. I think the façade needs a bit more texturing though. It is pretty flat, especially with that color scheme. I like the car too... Steve

What a disappointment. Oh well, less money to spend this year… Steve

REVIEW: 71010 LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 14
Athos replied to WhiteFang's topic in Special LEGO Themes
A few duds in there: the cat woman, the witch and the scientist. But none that are entirely bad. I would like about 50 of those trick-or-treat buckets. Steve -
It looks like it getting ready to talk, in that first picture… Steve
