  1. I've started building with some various Super Heroes scenes. Two scenes are finished. The Scarecrow has placed some canisters with fear gas in the docks. But why? Is this a distraction? Batman hasn't noticed the green question mark yet. The other scene is a bit inspired by the Flash TV series. The Flash noticed a yellow streak moving through Central City and started to chase it. There are more pictures in my Flickr album. Feedback and questions are appreciated. Sander
  2. Hi everyone, I finally took the time to take pictures of a few scenes. The scenes were already shown at Dutch Comic Con in November. The first scene is inspired by X-Men: Days of Future Past movie. Magneto was at a gathering to stop people from buying Sentinels. In his exit he confronts the local police. The second scene is inspired by the Lego Marvel Super Heroes video game. Venom is creating chaos in an office building. Spider-Man is very close. Can you spot him? For more pictures see my Flickr album. Feedback and questions are appreciated anytime.
  3. Hey Eurobricks! Finally finished the TMNT Sewer Lair-Subway-New York City Moc... 4. This is my MOC of the scene from Avengers Infinity War where Thanos meet Gamora as a child and kills half the population of her homeworld of Zen Whoberi. It was built for a competition on VaderFan2187’s Blog that was run in December last year. All of the entries were great and you can check them all out here. My entry was inspired by a specific image from the movie which you can see here. The capes for the Chitauri were custom made by me from red paper and based on Thor’s cape from the Ragnarok sets but the lengths and shapes were individually adjusted to closer reflect the photo. Gamora was changed to short legs to reflect her youth and I made a custom coat for her from the same red paper. Anyway here are the photos and please let me know your thoughts. 5. Here is my video review on 76095 Aquaman: Black Manta Strike (P.S. Also tried slow mo to demo the fire power of Black Manta's sub around mid way through the vid) The Good: Good quality minifigures. Surprisingly well designed Submarine build. Pretty good price to be honest considering it's a licensed set. The Not So Good: Mera hair colour a bit off. No unmasked head for Black Manta. No ocean master =( And this probably just me that my Mera's second face has a slight mis-print. But overall, the good exceeds all the not so perfect points so I strongly recommend this set if you like the Aquaman movie!

  7. Hi everyone :) I'm a Star Wars guy first and foremost, but I started collecting Marvel stuff in 2017/18 in the run-up to Infinity War, and also began building Marvel MOCs. This is the first one I like enough to share it on here. It is obviously based on the Pizza building from the Sanctum set 76108. I used the tan wall-bricks and black windows as a base for the aesthetic of the building. 8. Recently bought the set 76173 (Spider Man and Ghost Rider vs. Carnage) and when looking that that odd looking muscle car on the box i thought "That could have been done better". So i dumped the instructions and designed my own Hell Charger. 20210324_120403 20210324_120432 20210324_120535 20210324_120611 20210324_120714 20210324_120920 There are also a few more images in this album: You´re guilty! This is also the debut of my new phone being used as a camera. The images might not be the best, but it will do for now. Like and comment if you want, i hope you enjoy my creation.
  9. Whether you're interested in the Marvel or DC Comics Super Heroes themes, which source material do you prefer seeing as the inspiration or basis for the theme's playsets? Share your personal preferences in the above poll or comment in the thread below to further elaborate!
  10. Hi everyone, I have build several vignettes with the minifigs from polybags (giveaways). I have done something similar with Star Wars minifigures. The first one is Hank Pym, who has turned into a giant. The second one is the Winter Soldier inside a Hydra facility. The third vignette is with Rocket Raccoon with Groot, The fourth vignette is with Rhodey as Iron Patriot. The Hulk is on a rampage and is still angry. Tony Stark in his Silver Centurion suit. The last vignette is with Electro inside a power plant. For more pictures, visit my Flickr album. Feedback and questions are welcome. Sander
  11. Dear all I am new to Eurobricks but felt it would be a worthwhile experience to join up and share something with you. In essence, I am looking for some help and or advice. I have been a serious collector of LEGO for around 7 years and have manged to build up, in my most humble of opinions, a rather large collection. All of my items items are either Marvel, DC or Cuusoo/ Ideas with a very small amount of loose Star Wars minifigures, promotional LEGO giveaways etc. Every single set, polybag, book, DVD, comic etc has been purchased, bubble wrapped, boxed and stored safely. 99% of the collection is mint and sealed with a few exceptions which are near mint but still sealed. Not one item has been opened. It has been an obsession of mine for a while and the collection has been built up and cared for extremely well. However, space is now becoming a bit of an issue so I posed the question to myself, "What on earth am I going to do with all this LEGO?" In summary, I have 310 lots made up from sets, keyrings, books, dvds, polybags and specials. I have multiples of some sets. I have every single Cuusoo/ Ideas set every made, 116 DC Comics lots, 123 Marvel Comics lots and 35 Marvel/ DC keyrings. With Comic Con and USA exclusives aside, I have every single DC and Marvel set, polybag, magnet, book and keyring released since 2011. I honestly do not know what to do. Do I keep going knowing that Marvel and DC sets will continue to be released probably after I have gone, do I bite the bullet and sell them all or do I just stop buying and sit on them all for a few years? Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated. I have a detailed spreadsheet of the entire collection. If anyone would like to see it, please just ask. With thanks in advance
  12. Hey fellow Eurobricks users! I just found out that Youtube is demonetizing a bunch of small channels, and that includes mine. I had just met the requirements for monetization a couple months ago, but they changed their policy again so I'll need some help climbing the ladder. I do reviews and custom work on my channel and was hoping you all might check it out. If you like it, then please subscribe and support the channel. It would really help as I am planning on using the money to help fund bigger and better MOCs and better videos. Thank you all. I really do appreciate you spending your time to read through this and to check out my channel. I have linked some of my videos below so you can get a taste of what my channel offers (the quality of my videos has improved very drastically since the beginning and you can tell with the videos below):
  13. Hi everyone! This is a microscale recreation of the Marvel Super Heroes set 76051 Super Hero Airport Battle for the 60th Anniversary of the LEGO Brick contest on Brickset. Here is a pic of the original set for comparison. I tried to include as many details as I could. And here's a back view of the build: I hope you like it.
  14. Hello People :) After all this time I’m back with a new creation . The reason you haven’t seen anything for so long is because I went through a process of rethinking the way I build . I used to mainly recreate models from Star Wars or DC comics , with a sole purpose of making the MOC look as accurate to the original as possible , sacrificing stability , playability and overall good structure most of the time . I was no longer satisfied with that . From now on my goals are to build MOCs that both look good , and also are fun , playable , contain smart play features and generally function well as toys. The first result of this “new style” is what you see below : my own original Batmobile. While it draws inspiration from a couple of Batmobiles ( mainly Arkham Knight’s and BvS’s) it is my own spin on the classic vehicle , the Predator . It’s packed with action features : a stud shooter turret , a “hook” style spring-loaded shooter, opening trunk with all the gear you’ll need ( batarangs , a new remote batarang made from some old knight helmet feathers , extra ammo and a line launcher ) and the ability to transform between two modes , one ideal for battles and one built for speed. Also, the turret can be swapped out for a winch , which can be attached to the front spring loaded shooter and then shot - you can catch enemies’ vehicles , bring down walls , shoot it towards a roof and then climb , the possibilities are endless. I have also built a display MOC for my Batmobile - which is the first segment of what will eventually become a full Batcave . It has working lights and spins slowly - as a car turntable should. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on this . Do you like this new style of building ? Do you like the look of the car ? What about the functions ? Do you want to see a full Batcave ? Your comments are very important to me :)

  16. I figured to help all around I would ask some things about the "super jumpers". Now I check out the LEGO forums about the "super jumpers". And it seemed questionable if any changes to them are going to be made or if they are going to be discontinued. So I figured make a dedicated topic to help get some thing done with them. Now with my personal experience with them is the legs are griped to tight. And I was to afraid to use it as intended. Now I heard that putting plated on the "super jumpers" before the mini-figure keep the legs from breaking. And that they could also be used as a mini-figure stand. Plus, I think it would help if any pictures of "super jumpers" breaking the legs would be helpful. And I put up a poll in an effort to give an idea what people think of the "super jumpers". Edit - What happen to the poll I put up?
  17. Anyone care to take a guess how much this figure will go for on bricklink? The price per part for that set is ludicrous.

  21. Hey Guys, I finally built the The Tumbler after it sat on the corner of my room for a few months! I know it's an old set and you've probably watched multiple Tumbler builds, I just wanted to share it in dedication to BvS which is coming out soon. Off course it's totally a different universe but for not very big comic fans like myself, anything Batman related is admired.
