  1. It's a fusion of the great vehicles flat bed truck and the mini van from the museum robbery set.....I came up with the idea while looking at Lego sets this morning in Target. This vehicle is going to be with the multi-storey city layout......I think I need to build a car dealer along the way eh ?
  2. Ah, but we already have the flat bed to carry a car away......here in Oz they try and get you going first before a tow or trip on a flat bed. I can't wait for the new tool wheel so I can equip this van better.......more to come.
  3. AWESOME micro-builds 'BEAVer', some of the most clever use of parts in micro-building I have ever seen.....Brick On !
  4. Excellent small builds there 'Seaber'. Brick On !
  5. I do like the front end on this design......Brick On LDD On 'Henchmen4Hire' !
  6. It struck me this morning, that we've had tow trucks and now a flat bed breakdown truck but no roadside assistance van so....... More to come so keep watching !
  7. Excellent review 'oo7', interesting modular idea Lego have used here that you can chop and change sections. Missing a blacksmith, well add the Kingdom's one instead......plus the MMV too and bingo.....castle, blacksmithing and tavern done. Good to see the DSS is not a huge one...though panels still....at least in LOTR there is a little bit more brick building. Brick On Review On 'oo7' !
  8. AWESOME modular 'Vincent', though I'm not sure Lego would approve of whacky weed.....and we now know you Bill and Ben were so happy......Weed ! I really like the cafe downstairs....any poetry readings going to go on ? Highly detailed but cramped kitchen, dining and toilet.....but done so well. Now the only thing that needs improvement.......lighting for the er, tomato plants up stairs and I don't see any irrigation system in play here.....but what would I know eh ? Brick On 'Vincent Kessels' !
  9. I have started build number two in this series.....of course more to come.....keep watching !
  10. Neat little car 'Cran'....though it's a bit of a squeeze eh ? Brick On 'Cran' !
  11. AWESOME 'Captain Nemo', fantastic detailing......Bat-Brick On 'Captain Nemo' !
  12. A highly original steam-punk air ship 'brciktw'.......excellent designing and great colours.......Brick On Steampunk On 'brciktw' !
  13. Oh, I can't wait to see more of this......even at this point you can see it's Bumblebee.......Brick On 'legowako' !
  14. I would include some if my town was Tasmanian.....oh, sorry that's a joke......Tazmaniac would kill me ! Thanks for seeing the art deco in this 'eurotrash', I was doing this on a planned budget.......dollars and cents are real tight at the moment. No work, no cash flow.....so I'm running on back up cash for the moment. Keep watching anyway.
  15. Nice eatery there 'Bricksan'......I can't wait for your next update......Brick On 'Bricksan' !
  16. Though we do have our own trailer trash.....in every city. But that's scooting off away from my work here.........tomorrow the front wall/windows go up on the hardware store.....so keep watching !
  17. We are civilised in Oz.......haven't you ever seen a game of NRL ?
  18. Thanks for the feedback 'Legogal', like I wrote above it's based on that 1930's one in Queensland....well, I should again - inspired by I guess. It will all make more sense when the hardware store is done tomorrow......so keep watching !
  19. Yeah, milk bar.....Aussie soda shop ! Hardware store next.....keep watching !
  20. Congrats on being Front Paged and with what is your best ship ever 'Konajra'......it's like a modular scale/detail ship .......Brick On 'Konajra' !
  21. Yeah, but in Oz we separated soda fountains and drug counters into milk bars and chemists. Keep watching !
  22. Still looks AWESOME 'SalvoBrick', I can't wait to see what's next......Brick On 'SalvoBrick' !
  23. Thanks for the feedback 'Hinckley'.....actually I based this one on this... The chemist not the Woolworth's I used for inspiration and I also used an earlier frontage idea of mine from my 1950's Aussie street from a few years back (the grey bank building). It will look better once I have built the hardware store.....which will be Art Deco inspired too. More to come.....so keep watching !
  24. Oh, yeah ! That is totally AWESOME.........dam, excellent designing and building there 'tchuk-norst'.....Brick On !
  25. Someone over on Cuusoo has ask me to rebuild and sell him some of my models.....sadly once Cuusoo has them, legally the design is Lego's do what they like with so to speak. He wanted a chemist, hardware store and supermarket......now I don't mind doing it but also actual store branding might be another legal issue.....making money off someone else's trade mark. I decided to design some new buildings, no ceiling, no floor to keep costs down......and well, I went a little over the top frontage wise but I think the first of these builds is very cool, very Art Deco indeed. It has a modern interior, but 1920/1930's Art Deco exterior.......more to come....keep watching ! Footnote - I might have MOCing madness !
