    I was wondering what everyone's thought on the subject of what structure next to join the above scene......a humble construction site or a full blown department store ?

    Similar but not totally a minifig scale copy......though close enough I guess......still the tiger might have a try later in the year.

    I agree with 'Brickdoctor' on the hood design, not good. Plus I've not seen a Cuusoo set with minifigs yet has anyone ? This should tells us all that if your Cuusoo project has minifigs in it......they won't be if yours gets the nod with the 10K.

    Not that much of a big deal......saw the price tags early this afternoon at Kmart TTP, they are not specials but new low prices the other sets are at or close to full retail price.

    May I suggest building a Bevilles Jewellery store which sell fancy homewares as well as jewellery and watches. Now if you don't the tiger might ! Brick On 'marvinblue' !

    Note that the scale of Lego vehicles back then were HO railway scale and in the 1950's model railways were a boom hobby so perhaps Lego jumped on the bandwagon and produced sets that could be a simple childs toy or part of a train layout.

    Has anyone read the billboard in the movie poster yet.......it has an older gentleman on it with the Octan logo at the right hand corner but the phrase on it is "I've got my eye on you !".....funny catch cry even for an energy company that Lego has made green so could that character be the bad guy in the movie ?

    Thanks 'wedge09' and 'monsinjor' for your kind words......a mobile phone tower is planned among a few other things plus once I get some fresh batteries for the camera I'll show you how it looks with town square included......I have totally been bitten by the city building bug now and since I don't need New Mannum till 2015 I can shelve it so my Lego City creations can flow forth. So keep watching !

    Yes, please LDD file of that AWESOME dozer......gee, even the Technic crew would be impressed by it ! I also like the cute little go-cart at the end.......excellent designing 'Sundar' and Brick On LDD On !

    I checked about twenty minutes ago......BigW site was down......I don't have to worry about town square now ! This afternoon I left a message on the Lego Australia customer service line......wait and see if I get any response.....

    I spoke to Kmart customer service....they only had LOTR sets listed as new ones coming out......no city or Star Wars in the short term.

    Now it's interesting to see a TMNT in the film.......must be another Who Framed Rodger Rabbit deal again ? But it looks cool and I can't wait to next year......the question begs will we get sets to tie into the movie eh ?

    Thanks for sharing again 'LEGOHistorian', the design of that servo is very typical of Shell service stations built around the late 60's with the Shell logo on the front wall. I look forward to more trips into Lego's past.......Brick On 'LEGOHistorian'.

    Well, I might just ring their customer service line and pop the question like quoting one of upcoming set numbers then ask when they expect it on store shelves.

    Truthfully, this building is nearly complete.....only some roof work to go now......but being bitten by the tall building bug I have so this might not be the last of this kind of MOC from the tiger......better keep watching eh ?
