  1. Thank you for your comments I'm pleased to see so much love for the Pirate Queen. Originally she was going to be a random crew pirate woman, but I decided to change her to be a captainess. Maybe later I'll include a crew pirate woman (Like the S8 Pirate Captain/S16 Scallywag Pirate) ---------------------------------- Thank you for those bios @8BrickMario and @Eggyslav The Closet Monster bio is so sweet. I think that's exactly how TLG would do it Also, I noticed the Cartoon Girl doesn't have a quote. The Grave Digger's bio is particularly hilarious. I'm glad you made the connection with the Grim Reaper. Also, agai, you predicted another minifigure coming in the future The Pirate Queen bio is also pretty cool
  2. LEGO won't be at the London Toy Fair this year https://www.promobricks.de/london-toy-fair-2018-ohne-lego-stand/50772
  3. The level of detailing just blew my mind The roofs look awesome. And so carefully done The woodcarvers are lovely And the bridge is superb Overall, an outstading MOC
  4. Yes. You're correct. The Grave Digger also has a paler shade of yellow, to make him look more creppy/horror movie looking. That shade would be a new color. Thanks for your comments Thank you. I'm glad you liked them JGuy
  5. Well, the source has been accurate so far. That being said, yeah, the Great Hall sounds like way "too good". Unless, the building is not that big, and this is actually like a "wizards pack"
  6. I just noticed there are already 5 females: Cactus, Balloon girl, Elephant, Brick costume and Flower So, the Unicorn has to be a guy. Unless, the brick costume is considered like an "extra character" and there will be 6 females in this series.
  7. Exactly From what we've seen so far, this wave looks a lot stronger than the 2015 one
  8. Agree. A Licensed/Regular/Licensed/Regular line-up would work for me
  9. Hello there! Thanks for visiting my thread! Today I'll post my SERIES K of ideas for CMFs! First I want to say thank you for all your comments. It would also introduce a new cloth skirt piece. Leaflet: Box Distribution (60 minifigures): This is Series K. Thanks for visiting my thread. Hope you enjoyed it. Don't forget to leave a comment. NOTE: This will be the last series for now. Working on these takes time and recently I've been too busy with little spare time to do it. At this point I already posted pretty much everything that I have for now. But I'll return next fall with more series of ideas for CMFs, I promise. Also, I would like to know what direction the CMF theme is going. If TLG drops the regular series for good, then this thread is kind of pointless. Well, let's see what happens. From Series L onwards, I'll include more sections like the bag picture for each series, more pictures of the minifigures and a suggested box distribution for the 60 minifigures. SERIES J SERIES L
  10. Well deserved! Thanks for the game
  11. Of course I like it! It looks splendid! The hat is spot on Thank you for doing this
  12. Yes, it does. According to the post https://brickshow.com/2018/01/series-18-lego-minifigures-characters-revealed/
  13. Great Hall sounds great And it sounds like it's based on the final battle. They should have included a couple of DeathEaters
  14. Here is a full review of the minifigures https://www.brothers-brick.com/2018/01/08/collectible-minifigures-71020-lego-batman-movie-series-2-review/
  15. I hope the pop-up book will get approved. It's an awesome idea for a LEGO set Also, that would mean they would need to re-release the Grandma Visitor
  16. According to the video, Unicorn Knight is a girl
  17. That hot dog has to be a place holder, right?
  18. I think 3 series per year is good enough. I'm ok with a licensed per year. But I still think the regular series are better mostly because they bring minifigures that LEGO wouldn't produce otherwise. Like the costumes (Hot Dog, Banana, Gorila, etc), mythological minifigures, fairytale characters, castle (especially now when castle has been absent for a few years), pirates, western, holiday minifigures, etc.... I mean we are still getting western and islanders minifigures thanks to the CMF line. How cool is that? The licensed CMFs are limited to the fans of that franchise. And both Batman Movie and Simpsons S1 and S2 have been way too repetitive One licensed series per year is ok
  19. Is it just me or the box art is always outstanding in the LEGO Ideas sets It's like they invest like half of the budget just in the box art alone
  20. The arms are tiny lol Almost microscopic
  21. That was licensed, not regular
  22. There are only 2 tennis players: Female (Series 3) and male (Series 7). Overall two tennis players in 18 series. Is that too much? Because there were 7 Batmans in two licensed series So...........
