    I think this thread is to discuss the 2018 wave, so I started another one to discuss about the cancellation

    It seems it was yesterday when we first heard about a new castle theme that was supposed to be a spiritual successor of Fantasy Era (2007) That theme turned out to be Nexo Knights Now, the theme has ended after 5 waves in 3 years. So, I thought it would be nice to share our thoughts on the theme as a whole and its cancellation

    Monstrox's main goal was to get back to his human form, so we could get all his powers back It's natural to think human Monstrox was the final villian Especially considering he was a necromancer.

    Is this actually a D2C set? Because I don't recall any other D2C sets being in a prems catalog Actually, why would be a D2C set in a prems catalog? IMO, this looks to be like the equivalent to The LEGO Batman Movie Arkham Asylum set rather than another D2C

    I think that's because the cat mask is a full mask, like the Gorilla or the Panda. They look creepy. The "open" maks like the Elephant's, the Dragon's or the Spider's are much bettter IMO

    That's because this wasn't designed as the final wave. Remember we already saw the updated Ruina minifigure Human Monstrox was probably planned to appear in the very final wave

    I think they did that on purpose, so he would stand out in the series But standing out is not always a good thing. In this it doesn't work. (At least for me). If they wanted to pay homage to that minifigure, maybe re-releasing his set would have been better? Or have the whole Series being a "vintage/ throwback" series. I've seen comments on social media, with people saying they won't get the Policeman so the series will have 16 minifigures as usual, and then it will fit in the display cases, which is pretty sad considering the party is meant to be in honor of the Policeman

    Now that Nexo Knights seems to be ending, what if LEGO replaces that line with a Batman TV Show? Very much like the animated series from the 90's but made with LEGO, similar to Ninjago, Chima or Nexo Knigths That way, they can reuse the new designs/molds from the Batman Movie line

    I don't think orange will be the color of this series We just got orange in Series 15 If I had to guess I'd say red would be the color

He looks awesome. But yeah, @8BrickMario is right. They just shrinked the 2013 Castle Dragon to minifigure size Honestly, I don't think they took the idea from this thread.Heck, I don't even think they have ever seen this thread. A dragon costume is a prety common suggestion I've seen in forums and social media. Also my Dragon has something the LEGO Dragon will never have: an amazing bio written by @Nerd-with-a-Pencil

    There is no sailor. It was a confusion. It was actually the Police Officer. Someone saw it and thought it was a sailor I'm going to assume the 17th is the Policeman because I don't get what is that guy doing there. It doesn't fit with the theme of the series at all ------------------------- After a closer inspection, it seems the Brick Guys have actual minifigure arms (and not the arms pieces from Nexo Knights) So, the brick piece and the arms come all together, like a regular torso would do The part assorment is: Hair+head+brick piece+legs+1x1 plate And you would need to detach the arms to use the brick costume in a wall or something

    Cat Suit is a girl. You can see the eyelashes. Also, the minifigure has the waist printing characteristic of female characters There are 6 females in this series

    I think the Cake Guy and the LEGO fan boy have the same hairpiece The little girl with the balloon also has a new hairpiece I think the Cat Costume might have a new tail, because what I see between the legs doesn't look like Tiger Lady's tail The white "string" piece (with the balloon) might be also be new. It itsn't just a white bar. It seems it has some sort of handle
