  1. Best: Count Dooku (2013) He looks almost like Christopher Lee's twin! They really did a great job with him. Worst: Can't think of much, Juno Eclipse has been made pretty bad, but that was 5 years ago, and her design was probably from 6 years back, when Lego didn't make such quality figs. I'll have to go with Lois Lane, she just looks too much like Black Widow. Which isn't saying much, because Amy Adams and Scarlett Johansson don't have much in common. And both their figures cam out awkward-looking.
  2. All these sets look so great, I have no idea how I'll be able to get my hands on them though. At least with my parents not noticing
  3. Woah, well that's a slap in the face.
  4. Eventually, that's possible. But in a wave where Lego needs to release long-awaited popular characters, and not go overboard with their sets, I'll have to say no.
  5. I don't believe Lego is trying to make all of Batman's spare Batmobile's. However I do believe they want to have a Batmobile in commission each year so that every wave of new kids, and every generation can own a Batmobile. This was also made evident when Lego made a Batmobile in 2006 for the Batman line, and a UCS Batmobile to keep it around longer. Only now, they're skipping years to produce the Batmobile, I assume it's to leave available more space for sets, plus who wants 2 Batmobiles
  6. Well AllAboutBricks has rumored that Lego will release at least 1 X-Men set in 2014, same goes for Guardians Of the Galaxy. But let's say it's not a rumor and we will most definitely get a(n) X-men set(s) next year, a Lego Nightcrawler would be highly unlikely for the following reasons: 1. He'd require a new mold, and Lego's new mold budget for all or most themes next year seems to be through the roof. 2. He wasn't in the video game. Now sure we've gotten plenty of variants of characters, vehicles, and even brand new characters in sets before that haven't appeared in their respective sets, but trust me, if Lego were planning on making a Nightcrawler (who isn't even in Days o Future past), he'd appear in the game. 3. Lego is exceeding the amount of sets they can make for the Marvel sub theme. Even if we only get 1 X-Men set and 1 GotG set, Lego would still be making 8 sets. Of course 1's a junior, and Lego skipped one this year, but still, if Lego were to make 1 X-Men set, I'm sure they'd prioritize. Nightcrawler will not be made over Jean Grey, Storm, Professor X, or Cyclops. 4. He's not in Days of future past. These set's are meant to coincide with Days of future past. And while they still aren't going to be based on DofP, the character line-up n the movie will heavily affect the sets. This is so kids who aren't comic fans, but saw the movies, will be sure to know who's who.
  7. Lucky you, and hope you get to buy them next time you go. Now to go hunting for Series 10 before they're out.
  8. I'm not into promo stuff, so that is of little interest to me. But was is to my liking, is that signs are coming up (not actual signs) that we'll be seeing the Lego Movie sets in stores sooner than expected. Well that's my take on it, at least.
  9. Agreed, these blasters serve for many purposes. Now I can replace Robin's Batcave gun with something, useful. Is it just me or are these blasters getting better by the second? Can't wait to buy some an find great uses for them. I'm sure that Unikitties 1x1 stud with a hole in the middle would be able to serve great purposes in those too, but for now I cannot say.
  10. Trailer already? Looks good as of now, I haven't played the Lord Of The Rings as of yet, but may buy it along with this to get a full collection.
  11. Woah, where is that picture from? I'm sure that if Lego weren't going to ever make a physical pope, they wouldn't have a design for one either (not saying he's going to be made).
  12. Well what do you know, Flash doesn't get leg printing. I don't know why I decided never to accept that. Also, don't we usually have rumors of the 2014 summer wave by now? I'm new to keeping up with these type of things, but I read that by now, we should. I can be patient, though it'd be nice to know.
  13. I don't know, Lego seems to be a loose canon with these type of things, they had the Captain America set on "Retiring soon" back in the summer, and now it's available for shipping, and I saw like 5 of them last time I went to ToysRUs (yesterday). And then, they had a whole bunch of sets on "retiring soon" that retired a week after being put on that title. Lego can do what they want with this, but I suggest getting it before the year ends. You could always hope it's still around in January, but that's a really big risk. I understand your pain, though, retired sets are usually the only one's I want! Why can't I like a set when it comes out? Also, 400th post!
  14. Great review Cyber Bricker, along with the Battle on Saleucami, this is the only set I'll definitely be picking up. And those spring loaded shooters! I can finally knock my figures down with one push (well I could of always done that with the technic missile, but those are huge and would look wierd on a set like this). Overall, my favorite set of the January wave, oh nevermind, just remembered about the Coruscant police gunship, make that my favorite, and my 3rd must have!
  15. Hmm, so maybe we will get two bandanna's in Kai's fighter, which would be great, I'd love to have several of those in red.
  16. I think that's new, haven't read it anywhere before. But I'm sure Kai's Fighter and the Hover Hunter won't bring two, since they only have one ninja in them.
  17. You know what, forget my first post, any character from Lego Batman 2, except for Bat-family characters, those are the only one's I won't regret.
  18. You can add me to that roster, looking at them even more took me from "their not so bad" to "these would go great in a moc".
  19. Laughing or not, I don't like the face. But it's nice to see others like it, but now I'm debating on whether or not to buy the set...
  20. Well doesn't Kai's Fighter only come with one bandana? Or does it have an extra?
  21. Hmm, Bulk would be a great addition to the rest of these little guys. I'm a little set off by a Breez walker, I didn't like Evo's, and this seems to be the same in design. I feel confused, was that sarcasm? And no, you're not annoying, I actually cracked up when I read the: ok shut up post you made.
  22. So nobody see's the awkwardness in Electro's face? His expression is so off-putting just the thought of him getting so much love baffles me. Great figure, funny face. But considering Electro changed to his Ultimate version in the show to appear more serious, and they gave him such a goofy expression, to me is just ironic.
  23. Mmm, my favorite Lego part will have to be, the thick missile that shoot out of the technic pins. I'm terrible with names, but I just love shooting those at annoying kids who won't stop touching my Star Wars collection
  24. This post made me laugh. Everyone is debating about these new blasters, and then I read this. Haha I agree, they come witha new function and they do what guns do, they shoot! Although their design is a bit funny looking, is it really all that bad?
