Then the "city" in Battle for Ninjago city, is completely unnecessary. Why name a set battle for Ninjago city when they could just very much call it "battle or ninjago". The name is misleading, and I don't see why call it "battle for ninjago city" if there's no city.

LEGO Ultra Agents 2014
Freddy Bricker replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Just realized, should we expect a new team or the old one? Hero's wise, it'd be nice to get some new agents. As long as the villainous organization isn't under the roof of Dr. Inferno, and the girls don't have the same faces in recolors, then I'm good. Though all those problems seem like something out of 2009, I'm sure Lego can create new characters, female faces, and team right? I mean come on, it's 2014! -
Then where's the "city" in Battle For Ninjago city, if it's just another dragon and robot? I mean: " Welcome to Ninjago, a city where everyone lives in a mech, and moves on a dragon, just because".

LEGO Star Wars 2014 Pictures and Rumors
Freddy Bricker replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
That Cantina looks terrible, I mean, how hard is it to just put a roof on a Cantina? It looks so bare and incomplete, does Lego hate Mos Eisley? And, does anyone else here think that "Jedi Hunter" will actually be a chase set between Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, and Zam Wessel? -
I hope that "Battle for Ninjago City" will be somewhat similar to the book description of the Mayor and his daughter being saved.

LEGO Ultra Agents 2014
Freddy Bricker replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I wasn't buying Lego when the first Agents theme came out, but pictures made me want both that theme, and Space Police. I can't wait to have all the sets. Hopefully I don't have to sell any Lego though, to keep all my stuff spaced out. -
Can't shake the guilty feeling of wanting to return a LEGO set.
Freddy Bricker replied to SweetiePie88's topic in Community
Last Christmas, I got the Spiderman Daily Bugle set and was debating whether or not to return it. I prefer getting soon-to-be retired sets instead of new ones because I know I have more time to collect new ones, but I kept it as I didn't want to be rude. But the set is great though, it did hold me off from putting the epic dragon battle on lay-away. -
The LEGO Movie Sets News and Discussion
Freddy Bricker replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Double decker couch, flying cow, variant for Unikitty, and a new Metalbeard (thinner but still different than the one seen in his own set), wow I mean just wow. If the spaceship and pirate set are the only space and pirate sets coming out in 2014, I can't say I'd do anything different. Great job Lego, and thank you for reminding me why I began buying your products in the first place.- 2,626 replies

It isn't, and if it helps keep the sales up (that's what most here are theorizing) then so be it I could wait till Summer 2014! Hope Lego didn't here that though...

I know, the Great Devour, Lord Garmadon, the Green Ninja (Lloyd) Sensei Wu and a huge dragon all in one set. The dragon from rebooted looks a little clunky to me, big and space consuming. I doubt I'll be getting it, but that's one of the few I'm iffy about, since I know that I would, without a doubt pick up the Thunder Raider or Ninjacopter.

Great moc, I especially love the details you have on the lower jaw aea of the rooster, I would definitely buy this if it was a set!

Oops, I'll let my comment stay as it is though.

The LEGO Movie Sets News and Discussion
Freddy Bricker replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I know, which is why I stated in my comment that the fig was not meant to be an exclusive in the first place. But meant to say "you're getting a Green Lantern in the near future".- 2,626 replies

Those sets came out this year, which means they are more than likely going to get retired December next year, or January 2015. We should really put up a thread somewhere for retired/retiring sets.

I'm sure their is a perfectly good reason for his, need I remind you how often Lego helps out in building contests here, or how they always address their issues and are constantly updating their site to accommodate everyone. One good place to look if your making a comment like that would be this thread: http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=41564 Most of the figures seen there have actually become CMF's. That just goes to show how much Lego actually listens to their customers. They don't dislike us, in fact, their probably doing this for another completely diffferent reason. Like say, Ninjago (one of their most successful themes) City, and The Lego movie sets coming out in January possibly eating Hero Factory's already low sales? Saying that Lego (one of this sites biggest sponsors) doesn't like us for releasing a theme's wave later than usual when their are so many other financial reasons behind it is just... silly.

I think we're the opposite there, I need to find some kind of money to buy the epic dragon battle set (which I really want) from stores that are still holding it. I went to a brand new target yesterday, and they had almost no 2014 sets. Their superhero display was all 2012, not even 2013, and city was all 2013. But Ninjago was the only theme that ha their new wave in. Not sure if that's an indication that Ninjago sells well, but I felt it was worth mentioning.

Hello Crash and welcome to eurobricks! I suppose you could either now or later qualify for the old timers badge, unless of course that offends you. Check out this thread to know what it's all about. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=89346&hl=timers#entry1761165 Enjoy your stay!

Eh I don't have any bricks on me to spare, but have an idea I would love to use. Is i possible that one member designs one set on LDD, and the other does too, except one member doesn't build at all? I can download LDD and design a set there, but don't have any money or Lego sets to use that can fill up that accommodation, if not, that's fine too. Just curious.

Really? The pictures made it seem rather "large"
-
Probably nothing. Other than color scheme, which would most definitely confuse buyers "didn't this series come out in 2012"? Questions like that would be very irritating for customer service. Maybe also the fact that Lego and DC believe that nothing non Batman will sell. They base this off of mediocre sales from Green Lantern, which is pretty much setting themselves up for failure. I assume they COULD make one for Marvel and not DC, but I think it's an altogether type thing, like: if Marvel gets Ultrabuilds, then DC gets ultrabuilds, if Marvel gets 12 sets in 2 years then DC can't have any less than 10 or something like that.

The LEGO Movie Sets News and Discussion
Freddy Bricker replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
The 2011 Green Lantern was not meant to be an exclusive, but a promotional item. But I guess since it was based on a movie, it ended getting left exclusive and from now on, we'll only see comic based Green Lantern. So that wouldn't be ruining anything per say, since it was meant to be an exclusive in the first place, but an item to sort of say " hey guys, you're getting a Green Lantern in the nar future"- 2,626 replies

Wait, so does this mean we will get a flaming red and barf faced Uni-kitty? I want! Also, does this mean we'll get Green Lantern? Let's just hope he's not the only "new" superhero popping up, however I'm sure that if they're were more, they would be in the book, and just2good would have them up by now Oh well, he's exciting nonetheless.- 2,626 replies
