  1. Yeah, but it's only 1167 parts. Doing it with 42070 was an a.r.s.e.
  2. You can't go wrong with black and yellow. I even like the orange as it's used on actual Volvo machinery.
  3. It's definitely bigger than your average warehouse model. Looks like a Lancer Boss.
  4. Overall it's 42081 for me. The forklift might be worth looking into as well.
  5. This is still my favourite of the H2 range! Might wait for a discount though.
  6. I totally agree with the review. Even when I saw the prelim image I thought it looked boring. Cohesive but boring. And just too big for what it is.
  7. Cool. Got Sariel's reviews to keep me busy in the meantime.
  8. 42082 is easily the least impressive so far. 42081 is still my (marginal) front runner, though I've softened a bit towards 42080, if only for the new parts and innovation far beyond '82. Looking forward to 42079 - it may be the decider.
  9. Woah! This looks better than 42082! The boom/jib design is top-notch, and the all-too-common yellow actually looks quite fresh here.
  10. @Jim, most of those sets can BE motorized. Except the Mack, I forgot about that.
  11. Fun fact: this is the first set since 8063 to include large LAs but no motorization, and the only other set to boot.
  12. Well done on the new job, Jim! Best of luck and hope you enjoy it.
  13. I'd be interested in seeing what magic @nico71 or anyone else can weave with 42080. It'll take some effort to make a C-model out of that look decent.
  14. Loads of sets have functions that can be performed by hand when disengaged. The slewing on 42042 is exactly the same.
  15. It might be a sleight-of-hand thing. The whole thing happens so quickly that it looks like the saw sliced the log.
  16. That's pretty much what I imagined it would look like, but it would have to be bigger to include PF and the resulting functions.
  17. What colour are you planning to use for this thing? I'd suggest blue, considering there's a wide variety of panels. You could even do two-tone.
  18. Well, I'd be interested in seeing how that turns out.
  19. New vid! Haven't watched it yet so can't comment, though. EDIT: Watched! Nice that the new valves offer proportional control but the saw is indeed completely pointless.
