The only advantage this set seems to have over the previous version is the piston engine. No doors, no folding seat, and the steering is a bit of a step back as well. Using the spare wheel looks much less comfortable than the previous HOG gear.

Oho, I like this 🐕! Looks accurate and it's packed with functions, which is pretty amazing at this scale.

Bit of a shame that we didn't get a completely new truck, but this thing has some nice colours and is at least accurate.

Surf's up! I like the colour scheme, personally. Considering Technic was among the first themes (if not THE first) to use teal, this feels like a homecoming of sorts. Also, there's a sticker featuring energy crystals next to the spare wheel. Rock Raiders reference? Going by the duck, it looks like Milan is the designer.

Though I'm sure we'll find out soon enough, I wonder whether the 1470H is gonna be the six-wheeled version, or the eight-wheeler.

I was talking to my hairdresser about Lego the other day and Technic was mentioned - she called it "the theme with all the cars". Sad that that's what it's become, really.
