  1. Yeah, and on "Your '2buy' list of 2014" topic Cwetqo posted:
  2. Yeah, with too much of red, black and both grey colours. I wish there were more colors like SW have: lots of cominations of white+some other color + dark variants of red, blue, green. I don't like the new plane, but its white+blue look awesome.
  3. Just remember how many motors and PF stuff 41999 had with 1585 parts. Sheepo's Land Rover has 3 IR recievers and 7 PF motors - a bit more than 41999, but I think it might be reduced to some normal amount. I imagine Land Rover would be made in Dark green (aka British Racing Green)
  4. No need for instructions - one clear image of rotor with blades would be enough. If construction won't be flying, instructions will be a scam.
  5. 18. Bricknave - 1 20. gazumpty - 2 28. Simon_S - 1 29. sdrnet - 1
  6. Wheels on the trailer.
  7. After quite a lot of different approaches with my current browser (Opera) it look slike issue is gone. Thanks, pbat, for idea to clear all of the cache.
  8. Nice review! I wonder where threaded axle is being used, as couldn't find it on any of photos.
  9. But the amount of this part per set is too damn low. Imagine how much sets they need to get in order to sell you 50-100 pcs.
  10. The wheel seems to be familair to ZNAP wheel, but the rim is totally diferent. Laso, note that all of the packaging states "CANADA". There are several unknown parts in shape of circle and teardrop. Looks like 3rd party parts.
  11. Hi there. I'm having a strange issue each time I get embeded Youtube video in any of EB threads. There are actually several issues, but all are related to youtube videos: 1. playing video directly from thread, but it stops in like 15 seconds, with no further progress 2. playing video directly from thread, everything looks fine, until you try to click any Youtube player button or simply move a mouse 3. clicking to watch video on Youtube.com where it works fine. However when I return back to thread which had the video embeded - it crashes and automatically reloads the video space, not the whole webpage. It looks like something has changed in EB forum during past 2-3 weeks, as I didn't have such issue before, and it is the only webpage having such problem. Another moment is that all Youtube videos in EB have glossy player look, rather than plain on any other webpage (it used to be plain on EB too). I know I'm using a fancy setup (Linux + Opera) which is poorly supported and I would live with this, but it used to work properly... Wonder if I'm the only one with such an issue and if this can be fixed somehow.
  12. While checking other threads I found one of new Lego Movie sets will be getting 8 pieces of 32494 in red (the missiles): Hope it will make these parts a bit cheaper.
  13. Could you imagine building your LEGO somewhere else than your home? What if kid gets his new lego while travelling somewhere abroad.
  14. Looks like these are 32494 but in a new colour amd lots of them in one set! I wonder how these are kept attached, as it doesn't hold on Technic axle or pin (i.e. no friction connection between them).
  15. Wow, this is amazingly huge MOC. That steering mechanism sounds smart. I understand that not all of the functions work as expected, but I wish to see a video of the ones that are OK.
  16. But this would keep its effect if you'll drive one direction only. Am I right?
  17. Anything could happen during transportation, you had less luck here, but you can still get it replaced by contacting Customer Support. As for the quality of the bricks/parts it has been found that parts tend to have stronger connections during aging. I had same experience with 8880 - its plates almost squeak connecting them together and so hard to disassemble, while absolutely new plates barely hold attached to each other. Same with new Technic bricks, they seem to have less clutch but I don't think they were modernized through all these years. "Everything was better in those good old days".
  18. Bricklink or Brickowl is your friend here.
  19. You can check "USEFUL WEBSITES" section of Technic pinned thread. Look for "Crowkiller's Friends Wall" there.
  20. You might think of 3D printing if one is available.
  21. Very impressive MOC! I just cannot imagine how is it possible to design and implement such functions. No wonder it took 16 months.
  22. As you may notice, old Technic bricks didn't disappear completely. So if needed you can still stock with new old Technic parts, probably, in more colours now.
  23. Wow, this looks fantastic. I really like that 42009 was used as a base.
  24. I believe not. As if you'd check this thread there has been pointed out that Cuusoo is not a MOCpages like webpage, to share your creation with others. Once you you submit your model you are in official agreement for certain rules and rights with TLG.
  25. Here is some information on New elementary.
