Well they should give you free polybag with each order which is above certain amount of money spent (untill polybag are in stock). If it is on your receipt then you should have one, so it looks more of a mistake. I'd probably call Customer Service, rather than speculate here.

How did you get this reported? I wish to get it sorted for me too, as it used to work perfectly good enough before.

[MOC] Technic Spitfire
zux replied to apemax's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Looks nice! The propeller spinning looks like the real thing. I bet you shouldn't put your fingers while it is spinning. -
Hmm, for unknown reason there's no Technic models, which in some cases are much better than some of those posted by TG.

Uses for "useless" Technic parts?
zux replied to Hrafn's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Well, I imagine these two could be used in some kind of scissor mechanisms. -
Agree with Mestari. I still hope BI instruction for A-model only is due to pre-release state of a set. In case of TLG being worried about environment there are known solutions. Same amount of paper can be used when making boxes smaller (why pack the air?) and designing BI to perform more steps per page as it used to be before. I'm not sure if buying tabled is more environment friendly than having BI printed. Eyes still getting tired.

Check pictures from beginning in this same thread and you'll find some people have green figure too. -
Gear Spacing Table
zux replied to SNIPE's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Some good solutions can be found here -
The problems is about parts, not sets. Lots of discontinued sets are high in price because they have unique part or part+color combination. There is no need to re-release the whole set to lower down the price - TLG needs to include those parts in some new sets and the price of old sets will go down. In Technic/Model Team there are some decent sets with high price, just because they have some rare pneumatic brackets/flex axles in rare color/unique color bushes/half bushes/panels/wheels/rims etc. Only If I could buy them in any other new set...

Appie, agree with you. I never had 8858 Rebel Wrecker as a kid, but I still remember those pictures where model looked huge (comparying to System line). After all this time I finally got it, in very good shape. Build process is fun and enjoyable and final model is really good looking. It has quite interesting front suspension building idea to make sure it doesn't bounce, since front setup uses uneven stud width.

Extreme Bridge Layer
zux replied to Zerobricks's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
I have thought about it, but didn't see until you have said that. -
Extreme Bridge Layer
zux replied to Zerobricks's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Great idea! I wonder how come bridge doesn't self strech under the load of a crossing vechicle? I know there friction pins, but still it looks unexpectedly rigid. -
MOC Sharing Dilemma
zux replied to Cumulonimbus's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Imagine you could create something, that is nothing special for you, but could make a huge impact sudenly, like BOOM: new theme, way of thinking, lots of new ideas and other people's creations! Your name may also be remembered
