My notifications end up in spam too, and there's no way to convince gmail they aren't. I think the problem is that it detects a phishing attempt or something: It would be great to solve the issue, i use notifications a lot

Hello again, i gave another try with this technique (although the base is made with more regular studded parts). I like the compact, egg like shape that ended up. The spaceship can host an astronaut minifig and the canopy can be opened. The only part that i don't like very much is the 4-clip connector in black in the middle.. If it was in one of the gray it would probably look better. Alas it doesn't exists. Do you guys like it? more pics and instructions

That would be super awesome! :) Let me immortalize this moment by naming the technique.. uh.. the "clip'n'rod technique"! You read it here first :) Jokes aside, thanks again everybody! I've prepared instructions for the model, they'll be soon on Rebrickable

Thanks guys! So happy you liked it :) Thanks :) That dog happened almost casually. i was fiddling with some random pieces.. I show it around just for fun but i'm secretly much more proud of it than i shoud be :) I think it has a cool zombie/robot style, reminds me of the dogs from quake2

I experimented with this building tecnique that uses mostly clips and rods and less studs. I hoped to obtain some kind of wireframe, metallic struts feeling :) I kind of like the way it ended, even if it's not exacly the result i was searching. What do you guys think? More pics here

I was a little unsatisfied by the helicopter in Hurricane Heist, so i made this alternative build. It includes only pieces from the helicopter, not from the lab. I think it came out quite nice considering the limited parts selection.

It helds goods except for the half cylinder in the back which is only attached to stud on the front (and supported by the back) Thanks everybody for the great feedback! (sorry for late reply :P) I usually like builds with few visible studs, but in this case i couldn't find a satisfing solution, this was the best variant i found. Well, at least it gives a more "official set" vibe :) Thanks again for the kind words!

Thanks :) It raises and tilt a little backward, by acting on the front knob (the back one control steering on the back wheels). It doesn't tip forward when it's up. Here's the range of movement: -

SBrick General Discussion

I love the idea, but it would just be awesome if you could make it programmable, something like Arduino. It would became like a small mindstorm system, just with the much smaller PF components. Speaking of that, what about developing some other component too? Like an s-motor or xs-motor. Another question: how open will the system be? Will you release some tools to customise things like firmware, sdk, etc? What about the hardware?- 771 replies

Hello there :) This is a MOC i build a month ago for a competition, the theme was Videogames. Il placed #1 :) It's a classic coin operated machine. It has: - Coin slots - Removable coin collector tray - Openable back panel to access to the circuit board - Interchangeable videogame cartridges - A joystick and two buttons. The instructions are available on Rebrickable. Also, i put it on Lego Ideas, if you want to support, it's here :) Let me know if you like it :)
