LEGO Frozen anyone? (Expand the Disney Princess line)
robuko replied to smittyfan's topic in LEGO Licensed
Absolute no brainer, TLG have really missed a trick here, probably didn't expect it to do so well. My son has watched frozen about 12 times in the last 3 days. I see no reason it has to be within the Princess line. I would think a sequel is nearly certain, so maybe they will wait for that. In the meantime, supporting! -

Really nice composition Mike, the repeated curve motif running through it is an awesome idea. The extra stud height on the base is a nice touch too. Great scene. -

Outstanding build legopard. The tower is extremely well done with lovely techniques and parts use, the house is beautifully integrated into the rock. The overall scene is wonderfully atmospheric. And the Swan is great! -

Lovely tower, very nicely detailed and with beautiful presentation and photography. The scaffolding looks great and the guy falling off is hilarious. -
Well this looks to be a very cool build, the lighting is a bit too dark to view it on my phone though. Nice tree technique at the base.

Nice work Hammerhand, I like the sloping ground and vegetation. This must be quite near the Kaliphlin border! -

Ha ha brilliant! What a great idea and absolutely fantastic use of space! The rocks with overhanging vegetation look superb. Great build. -
Very nice technique with the cones. Did you use bendy tubes inside? People have to eat even in these troubled times.

The desperate citizens of Brevis were prepared to try anything to rid themselves of the terrible plague. So when a half-mad bard from Kaliphlin offered his services, they were ready to give it a try. Against all conventional wisdom, he said the town rats were the villain. "But never ye mind laddies, they love mah sweet music so much they will follow me anywhere" claimed the bard. And when he started to play those pipes, the rats did get up and run. But it seemed the were running away from his music, not towards it... Anyway, there was no more cases of the plague reported in Brevis after that. Very nice vignette and story, the tree is really effective even though it is all studs up. I think this is a category A entry, rather than B. -

Very melancholy and great atmosphere. +1 for wall techniques and window framing, I can't see enough of the water to award a credit for that at the moment. Very powerful build! -
Fantastic conclusion dG! The minifig posing is especially good in this build, and the buildings are very nicely done. The red curtains are a very good detail.
