Eric, do you know when you guys are releasing them? I e-mailed Paul and he mentioned about talking to you about something after you returned from vacation? As far as parts go, what are the parts not released yet? The black panels? -

I think this is the first time I got chills running up my neck watching a Lego video. If I wasn't sold before, I am now. After seeing the vid, this model is even better than I expected. -
MOCS for profit on ebay?

From what I have noticed, Custom Technic based models don't seem to sell very well on Ebay. -
MOCS for profit on ebay?

Make sure that you don't build something that is so good that other people will steal your idea and design and sell it themsleves. Right Paul? -

That sounds Positive I think this is the nicest car that crowkillers has done yet. Blakbird, I am assuming that you have built it? How is the drivetrain? Is it solid? Any binding with all of those gears? -

Awesome! -
That is fine if he is selling them, but morally what gives someone else the right to also start doing it? I consider them a leech or a parasite that is feasting off of someone else. It seems more and more everyday there are people selling off creations copied from builders from all over the world. It's not illegal, but it just doesn't seem right.

Ok, so it can be done in Black and Red, but where are the instructions!!! I want to build this already! -
The 8070 supercar is $119.99 and it is 1287 parts. The 8297 actually might have been $109.99 I can't quite remember. Most technic sets seem to retail around 10 cents per piece. I also noticed Toys R Us has all of their prices much higher then they normally do. The excavator was $199.99 and had a low part count, but it did have quite a few Power Functions elements included. So I would say the last 2 Flagship sets were more expensive than usual because of the cost of the many Power Functions in the Excavator and the high part count in the Unimog. This new 2012 Flagship set will probably be right in a similar range, or possibly a little lower.

Paul, do you have any update on the instructions for this model? I see you pulled the pictures down from your brickshelf folder. I have the rear complete and I think I have the front built correctly, but I am a little stumped on the transmission/switch part. -
The Offroader easily has more playability and functions. Great Technic set. The F1 racer is good too and like Paul said can be built into an awesome MOC by Mr. Kuipers.

Couldn't all of the same features in Nathanaël Kuipers' concept car also be done in a smaller model? -

Well put JSG. My set was just delivered about an hour ago and I can't wait for the kids to get home so we can start building this beautiful model. I think the major overall feature of the 9395 is the stunning appearance because it was designed very well regardless if it has 20 features or not. Calling the 9395 a "Bad Joke" is like slapping the designer across the face. -

Anio, I don't know how you can be so negative towards the 9395. I think it looks great and has some interesting features.
