  1. Absolutely brilliant, really look the part and the ambulance with the interior is great!
  2. I for one this time am quite disappointed with the city line up so far apart from the safari jeep which I must say I will probably find myself buying. the police and fire line up from an afol perspective seem to have slid now to being nothing more than a toy and this year a toy with named characters which makes me wonder if further down the line these will be linked to a TV or film series, however from a kids perspective these are great and I have no doubt my 2 sons will love them, although currently they are still both Marvel and Ninjago fans so they may need some arm twisting. i know Lego is a toy and sometimes as an afol it’s very easy to forget this but Lego know they have a good adult following as well, so I’m surprised with the way this offering has gone. Hopefully the few sets we haven’t seen yet will offer something else but looks like it’ll be a very cheap start to the year, and hopefully the 2020 modular won’t disappoint.
  3. That is quite simply a stunning MOC and looks amazing, any chance of producing some instructions and a parts list for it? Would love to be able to build it, it’s fantastic!!!
  4. Absolutely brilliant concept, I think you often forget that DUPLO is still Lego and they can be integrated and combined with a little imagination and effort, well done!
  5. I'll be honest i'm beginning to wonder if there will be a fair ground ride this year, the creator 3 in 1 seems to have taken on a lot of smaller rides, also very little info on the new one about...
  6. Apparently it worked at 9am for a short time then stopped... Bearing in mind the price of the set and the fact there’s no freebie I think they need to get it sorted ASAP really
  7. Lego are having a technical issue at the moment, you cannot order by phone or web at the moment, they are saying it should be resolved at some point today...
  8. I absolutely love this set, May 16th can’t cone soon enough and as it’s my 30th birthday a few days before what a way to mark it! I think the set it amazing, my Mrs said it’s a set that looks like “proper Lego” again, much like when we were kids and there was lots of bricks and pieces rather than the larger molded pieces you get now (most of the time) I for one think Lego has outdone themselves here and the concept is quite simply brilliant, wonder if the freebie for spending so much will tie in like it has previously...
  9. I've heard £240.00 for the UK which sounds very cheap...
  10. Could I have the DM with the link please as well? Many Thanks
  11. Is it me or does the Hospital seem very minifgure heavy? Also doesn't look like we're getting nay new vehicles for Summer 2018...
  12. That looks absolutely brilliant, sadly I came to modulars too late to get this one before the prices went through the roof... maybe one day!
  13. I Love it! Awesome!
  14. As much as I, and i'm sure most of us would as well, would love to see a Lego Rollercoaster I really doubt it will be the next fairground ride, however we may all be pleasantly surprised next year. It depends how big Lego want to make the set (not in terms of piece count but actual physical space required for the set) as even the Fair Ground Mixer when set out was much different to standard base plate size. None the less here's to hoping!
  15. Absolutely brilliant, really nice to see something a bit different rather than modulars, keep up the good work!
  16. Anyone got any idea when we will find out what it is?
  17. I sincerely hope the next modular is as good as Assembly Square, I loved building it, I loved the different designs and architecture involved and I loved the way that it could tell so many different stories with the different shops all packed in together. I've only recently got into modulars, I have the pet shop, Parisian Restaurant and Assembly Square and hope next years will be just as good.
  18. Still no Ambulance or Hospital items, Lego really are missing a trick here, they need to add something along those lines soon!
  19. This sounds amazing, just leaves me in a dilemma now though... My birthday next month, was going to get Assembly Square but I have the mixer and the Ferris Wheel, what to do???
  20. Hello All, This is my first MOC i've put on here and I am by no means an expert builder, I look at everyone else and only wish I was as good as everyone else here! Maybe one day... Anyway, from someone who spent 2 and a half years working in the ambulance service running around like a headless chicken on blue lights i've noticed Lego seem to lack in "Emergency Ambulances" meaning if your unsuspecting minifigure has an unfortunate accident they either get a lift, get a bus, walk to hospital or worse case scenario lie in a pool of studdly (is that a word) blood until they go to the big lego box in the sky. 4431 was, in my opinion, one of the best ambulances to date however it didn't really look like any ambulances i'd seen or worked in, so I decided to work on one myself. Its not necessarily very good and it's a work in progress but its a start... Amb Side by Christopher Bailey, on Flickr Let me know your thoughts, open to suggestions to improve it
  21. Brilliant model, well done!
  22. Images are a little slow for the new sets!!! Can't wait to see them...
  23. So when will we start seeing the photos of the sets and getting the concrete information through?
