Thanks) The original idea belongs to MAmmoet engineers, I simply implemented it of Lego Technic It's mini not compared only to the original monster, but even to my SK6000 crane - that was the idea. And do not postpone the build - I think it will took only a few hours to build from zero :)

I skipped it here intentionally because of the battery box location. Moving battery box to the fron part of the support leg will reduce the counterweight force and the crane won't be able to hold the boom horizontally without additional ballast. And this box is skipped in my SK6000 because the chain got stucked inside often, So I had to refuse from that basket. SK series includes only 3 monstersize cranes if I'm not wrong. Both the newest SK6000 and Sk350 have this basket for chain. About the rest models you can google my friend. Thank you for the comment! Btw I think I need to update my signiture photo here :)

Hello and welcome my new crane. I hope it deserves a separate topic, bacause it's simply another crane :D Implementaion of the world famous Mammoet SK series ring crane in a small scale. The crane consists of ~1180 parts but reflects absolutely all real crane functions: -Tower operating with double chain, forget about the winches here! L motor - Slewing with 8 * 8 formula and L motor - Winch with L motir and 1:5 reduction - Able to hold the tower horizontally without anny additional counterweight - Can load 500Gr - which is not the limit but alraedy great for this scale All functions work smooth and easy. Offtop, but without new pieces where is the sense to buy new set if it could be assembled ffrom existing parts? My assumption is that new pieces is one of the triggers for buyers

There are no options indeed - adding hook or/and spare wheel does not affect the wheelbase or own car's lenght, the several cm's difference is because of the front bumber only. Anyway I agree that the model's proportions are off Does not G63 6x6 and 4x4² have the same wheels?

Hey @nicjasno! I'm conciously bumping this tread to to share with eurobrickers that recently I assembled this MOC and admire of it's technical flawlesness! Realistic and complex suspension, nice to drive and steer! Neither too hard or to soft - balanced ideally! i4 inline engine - I have necer seen somethingsimilar in any other MOC - detailed and adds fun to playing with car! One small "but": the central 24t gear is too flimsy and rotates together with 1 stud technic brick a bit to the side when you drive forward or reverse. Modular build - indeed you can eject and update/replace any part of the car, "marriage" of the drivetrain and bodykit was fun! Felt myself at car factory! All these locks, btw work superb! I leard a lot during building the car. Highly recommended!

I was invited to the real crane's world presentation on last (or prevois) Friday to the Netherlads with my Crane MOC to show it at the mass media day near the real SK6000! Unfortunately I was on vacation that time and lost this once in a lifetime chance.. Let's keep jokes aside - now's the time for real load :) Thanks, appreciate!

Hi Eurobrickers! I'm back with the new MOC - this time it's a new Mammoet SK 6000 crane! Current configutation is Mammoet SK6000 + Mammoet SK350 Fixed jib (which is compatible in real life) Original ring crane was just recently released by ‪Mammoet‬ in Netherlads! This is fan work. For built used only open source resources from WEB! Ok, also this MOC was built with unofficial consulting with Mammoet engineers, because it was a lack of the info in WEB, so I have to ask some thiings to match the real masterpiece crane. UPD: I was invited to the real crane's world presentation on last (or prevois) Friday to the Netherlads with my Crane MOC to show it at the mass media day near the real SK6000! Unfortunately I was on vacation that time and lost this once in a lifetime chance.. How it works: Centered counterweight is fixed and non movable, around it there are two train racks (imne are almost 180 degrees), so the crane is rotating arong the ballast. Real SK6000 does not have it, but from SK350 I took the jib which was surprisely fix and not luffing - it has no adjustments. Machine is able to lift 6000 tons and lift 2000 tons at the lenght of the footbal field from the basis !! The main feature of this crane is that it does not use winch to operate the boom - it uses special mechanism with chain, so I implemented this also :) Please enjoy the video first: Built with genuine Lego technic parts + 3rd party strings + ‪2 BuWizzBrick‬ 's. I refused using trixbrix curved rails because found a solution with genuine lego parts. The model has 7500 parts which makes it the biggest MOC in my career! It has 8 L motors for smooth operating, powered by two buwizzes. Crane weights 8,3 Kg excluding power sources (battery boxes) and counterweights!! And the height is about 2.3-2.4 meters.
