  1. I think you've nailed it. Where have you housed those motors? H
  2. I like it with the exposed motors. Very well done. H
  3. I remember it. It had the airtank. Just the Volvo for me. Perfect price, perfect timing and a good addition for me. Maybe my only set this year, certainly the largest. H
  4. I watched the lego documentary a while ago, here in UK, but they did not show Technic. They keep a copy of every lego set ever produced which makes sense. Maybe one day we all get a visit. H
  5. That is impressive. A very clever build, the body work is great and and underside looks great too. I would buy it. I vote for Hall of Fame. H
  6. Great work. The front is very interesting. H
  7. I've never bought a pneumatic set in all my years. This one stood out for me, it's within my price range, has the bigger pneumatics and other new parts for me. can't wait. H
  8. You have packaged that very well. Great work. H
  9. I vote no, simply becuase if I wanted a remote control buggy i would buy one (I actually do have one). My Lego is a hobby and I like to see what I can do with the parts provided. Having said that, I like the idea of having lights on lego mocs so third party lighting on a moc I would approve of. i'm sure we have seen that before on this forum. in the end it's upto the individual. H
  10. Great review, I enjoyed it. The release of this set has taught me that I'm not a fan of big car sets. But I do look forward to seeing the mocs that will appear of this set and I look forward to the Volvo release (and the remaining sets). H
  11. Five days to go. H
  12. I remember that set. It came out when Lego were struggling. Technic had taken a different direction. almost like the space lego, I liked that set but I did by the wrecker and a digger which we can relate to. i'm so glad they turned it around. H
  13. Nice. I like the mounting of the battery box and switch. Good model. H
  14. I love how it takes off when in clutch mode. That is great. H
  15. Another bus and what a bus. Great build and good video. H
  16. I like this. Those battery boxes must add some weight. It's taking shape. H
  17. The blue one is gregat but i really like both. I like how you placed that servo. H
  18. I like the chieftain and would love to see how it performs. Some pics of drive train would be good. H
  19. I'm looking forward to the review for this one. Mainly though, i'm looking forward to August when they are all out and we can see what everyone mocs up. H
  20. It's interesting that as adults we are discussing prices but as children we probably just wanted the set with no thought to our parents wallets and purses. That's not to say we always had it bought for us. Problem is, the moment someone buys the Porsche set it justifies the price. We all know there are people who will buy it, if it were priced at £500, there are people who would buy it. Lego now, thanks to us adult fans, appeals to all. If I had the money I would buy it also but purely for display. With limited funds I have to buy sets and parts that allow me to create and in my current situation the Porsche does not fit that remit. Lego is a business, a clever business, and it needs to make money to continue. I hope you all get the sets you desire and have hours and hours of fun. H
  21. Great kit. The front lights are really bright. H
  22. It looks like an off road hatch back car to me. I like it. Very well built. The front end is great. H
