    I bought a 75014 Battle of Hoth. It has been off the shelves for some time now and secondary market prices have risen for this set, so I am actually happy getting it for the original, but expensive, €50 MSRP. (I also bought a Mixel and some parts, but that's not really SW-related.)

    €99,99 I believe. So that will be around $79,99 for our US friends and £89,99 for the UK. I think. Maybe.

    You vould also go to the store, rest both sets in your hands and pick which feels best. That sounds like a good idea too.

    That tree and environment look nice, good job I do think you "destroyed" the tie on the wrong places and too little though, the whole crash seems strange, denying gravity and rules of physics. It looks like you needed parts for an other build and so the gabs came to place.

    Well, the Falcon is an iconic set that I think you as OT collecter will love. Plus, it has han, chewie and vader, important minifigs that you all seem to miss. It's a good build too. The con is, that another falcon might appear within 2-4 years, so you might regret you did not wait for the new one. I think that is not a big problem for you though, as you are not someone who buys a lot of sets. The At-at is also a good choice, considering you've already got much of the hoth battle to fight against, so it fits good. Keep in mind the snowtroopers look different, that might be confusing. The same thing with a new falcon version could happen to the at-at, but then some years later. I hope this helps! :)

    Well that is a nice vid. I actually did not expect it to get all that destroyed. I saw some people doing more or less the same in the past, but then they flew a UCS super star destroyer in the death star First few versions did not have numbered parts, later they did. I agree though, the search for pieces in the whole set is horryfying

    I agree this is one of your best UCS MOCs. It is next too being aesthetically pleasing full of details and it looks complicated. But why are you quitting making instructions? Does that mean you will stop making those awesome MOCs too? please do not!

    That's a great MOC! I especially like the building in progress part!

    Well it is sort off, but the environment may not influence the MOC I think. So using a real tree as endor tree or trunks as a cover for minifigs will violate the rule of not using non-official pieces. Your MOC will be judged separate from the environment. It does add to the presentation though, as it could sort of blend into the environment and that way look more natural, just as TLG's packaging.

    Great build Disco! As others have said, there is too much space for those unimportant troops, but then you've used the extra space in the walls very good for those vitrinaged unifotms. The beds and their desks are very great too!

    I'm not entirely sure, but didn't they include a epII clone and pupil eyed rebel in the calendars? Of what I can remember, they did.

    No, it's not a confidentinal image and the toy fair image from FBTB says it too: it's the old one included in the set.

    Yes it will. Or it should. If not, contact TLG, they will then sent you one, or someone else, when out of stock. (just ask for a rare/desired fig then, do not accept a keychain)

    Nice review Lobot! I like this one better than the shuttle if I'm honest. Parts here seem a bit more usefull too. It's just a shame I don't live in the UK :(

    You've put a lot of good words in your review It's not a very late review, don't worry about that, reviews are always welcome! What I would prefer when reading a review is some pictures of the set in reality. That way one could see if it's just as good in the flesh as in TLG's pics. Besides that, you've done a good review!
