Well, it can actually sort the bricks. Great playability with a front loader, I might like the B model slightly better than the A. Lego keeps amaze us! -

Love it. Might needs some upgrade, but well packed with functions. -

All the black parts should be Dark Bluish Gray. And no orange. Uff. -

Thanks, that explains the weird placed and used panels on the crane. -

Can somebody explain what is the B-model (built of the crane), please? My dictionary knowledge ran out of its border. I see challange: electric components out, fake engine and 4WD in. -

I have mixed feelings here. The proportions don't seem right for me. The crane is a mehhh, but we can build another one. New lime green panels... anytime, thank You! -

For the design a big Bravo for Lego! An official set, which grown now to the level of the top mocs (design-wise). I agree with the temporary camouflage cover. Also the inside is too plain black, I believe on purpose to hide most details. Also the camouflage stickers underline my thoughts: this is really meant to appear in petrol-head media, just like real prototypes. Clever hype generating. p.s.: I am on the hook... -

I am not a huge fan of this, but now I must admit... looks promising, I am really interested in the technic bits in it. Small Liebherr style truck for it... Like! -
Hi erelender, that would be great! I played a bit with the colors, while a gray B-pillar maked it less "compressed", I take your suggestion, it is more ICON style. Fender front: part "44 or 32126" is on purpose black - also much cheaper. I wanted to make it affordable for everyone who wants to build this. LDD file is updated - see link in first post. Thank You in advance!

Regading the IP car discussion, I think we should separate a bit from our AFOL community. An iconic car model, which (real ones) is owned by lot people, makes pretty big audience for LEGO as new target group through such product. Also even if it will not sell very well, there is a lot advertising potential in it to reach wider market. Think about it, how many car related media could be involved for an article / TV and internet spot regarding this, with the LEGO logo.

[WIP] 4WD platform
agrof replied to Didumos69's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Looks really-really good technically, the body might not match couple people's taste. I like it, but I like more the fact, that it is easy to "dress" the chassis for individual taste. For me the v12 is a bit overkill, but it fits perfectly without destroying the proportions, not to mention the front / rear idea, which is great! Do You plan to release it (maybe with instructions)? There are many nice details to get under the loupe. Fantastic modular build, congratulations! EDIT: I know I have seen this before... hmmm... but where? -
Hello All, after I built the amazing mini Land Cruiser of rm8, I decided to go a step further (I am not a big fan of rubber band solutions), and build another chassis with shock absorbers. I wanted to keep the bodywork only with some minor adjustements, and with a bit of ICON coloring: Said and done, my version is still quite stiff, drop tests survived. Front has independent~, rear has semi-independent suspension, some bodywork details are modded. HERE You can find LXF file, there is a red version too, where I tried to use wallet friendly parts only. The only exception is the black half bush in the top of the windscreen, which I decided to paint rather than pay those crazy prices... And now the Help part of the topic. I would like to surprise one of my best friend for his birthday with this small beauty in the near future, but LDD is not strong in making of instructions. My tiny being lacks of knowledge to use more professional Lego CAD softwares. Is there any kind soul in the community, who is able and willing to help me (and maybe others who are interested to build this), in the honor of eternal glory? Thanks again for rm8 for this amazing little Moc, I hope You all enjoy this Mod too, I definitely did! Best regards: agrof

This will be a hard challange, so many good models! I love your entry, very inspiring part usage. To the B model: while it looks good, have You considered to stay in agricultural range, and do something like this?

Good to see these nice MOCs here! So flows the inspiration among us, this is great to see! (For me were Filsawgood & Madoca) Truggy is actually an existing category in desert races, so You did it very well: Truggy. I spot some ideas to "steal"... I like the rally car just a tiny bit better, nice details, and the shape is .
