  1. i don't get why some of you guys wouldn't like having short u joints and small differentials just like the one efferman designed... why making something enormous when you can do the same thing in a smaller and more challenging scale...wich usually results in better performances and funnier model as well :D? we have those new wheels from this year sets wich are just in the perfect scale to build almost everything... i wanna build FWD and AWD cars without using live axles wich are only good for offroaders :P
  2. i see what you're saying...but our models can have some cool performances even if it's just a toy... you know, improving stuff is the thing that keeps my interest in legos alive i made tiny live axles, tiny models with good performances such as the fiat panda... but unfortunately it's not possible making that setup i want :\ i'd love to rebuild the Polaris in a 56wheels scale and power it up with an RC motor....it would be amazing if only it was possible :\
  3. well small would be something like this it's such a pity i always need to use live axles.... i want small stuff to have AWD with wishbones...
  4. I'm so disappointed with the pieces we have.... We can build everything as long as it's HUGE but when you wanna do something with good performances you have to stay under a certain weight... This means that you have to make a small model, and there's no way you can make something small with AWD and double wishbones for front suspension.... i just hate that... :\
  5. you're the guy who inspired me trying to make an RC motorbike :) great projects man!
  6. great car mate :) i remember seing a sneak shot of this beauty... well done :) it would be cool having some sort of category for offroaders with these wheels... i think they are in the most enjoyable scale
  7. amazing model man...i love your style as well!
  8. ahah actually yes man! i was just like WOW cool car tho! :D seems it's the size of my samurai! it would be great seeing them together! unfortunately im building something new with those wheels :P
  9. ahah i don't know tractors and excavators :P you can fool me all the times you want ahaha
  10. actually i'd like to build something like a real car i mean something that has a studless chassis and studded panels with smooth plates on it to make the body....it would feel so realistic :P
  11. great demonstration i'd say :) and great excavator as well!
  12. oh yeah! that might solve the problem and give the two RC motors enough power thank you for posting that video...now i just need to get that black cable XD
  13. how did u get an Sbrick :P? i wrote to the guy that's making em but he didn't answer me back :\
  14. Well, if you're looking for good performances of your mocs the lighter they are the better they'll perform :) I usually don't like over paneled cars... Probably the best looking ones are those that get as close as possible to tlg ones
  15. Someone connected 3 batteries in parallel... How did he do it? The crawler was incredibly powerful
  16. The problem is that i need to connect each rc motor to a rechargeable battery in order to have the power I need... The sbrick has a single input tho so how can I do?
  17. Will it support two lipo batteries and two rc motors? In that case ill surely get one
  18. 3kg won't go fast :P ever maybe you could try with a gearbox and a clutch but i can guarantee that it's not going to go fast anyway if you want something fast it needs to stay below 900g and has to use 2RC motors :P
  19. lol just copy and paste the link :)
  20. Wow thats great man! Best entry ive seen!
  21. Yeah i already thought about that! I only used 3 tho... Imo it works fine :) we'lo see this winter
