  1. That's good! Gets me inspired to work on some mortars!
  2. This is going to be great! I am looking forward to pictures of the process.
  3. This is still "just great" - when do we get new pictures?
  4. Very nice - I also appreciate the mortars seen on flickr. Is the lower deck accessible? Anyway, you seemed to have managed to put a lot of cannons into a very small ship - but the ship has everything! Great work on masts and rigging!
  5. You're one of my favourite builders on the internet - and again this is impressive (though strange to find a war galley amongst all those frigates ) My questions: I know where my silver spanish helmets are from - how did you get yours? Secondly: In your MOCs there is always this man in the barrel (?) - what does he stand for? (Maybe you've already explained this elsewhere a thousand times, but I haven't seen it, so I am curious).
  6. Retro!!! I remember the black taxi - I had one of these in the 70s...
  7. Good! I like this - especially when the designer is careful enough to embed the staircase that is so often forgotten by TLC (how do people get upstairs - nobody knows....)
  8. Nice one! (My cousin had that car and I was very envious... Meanwhile I have a lego model and he hasn't )
  9. Fantastic job on the interior! That should give me some inspirations for my upcoming buildings! Great work!
  10. Simple - but very charming. A pity that my sons show no interest at all in the Wild West topic... Anyway: keep going!
  11. Excellent - the gladiators are great!
  12. Good one!
  13. Exciting - that will teach them
  14. It might be difficult to water the flowers.... But anyway: Is this meant to be Dutch or American? I love the inside - TV and everything: well done!
  15. Hey, this is really really great! Super job on the interior! Congratulations!
  16. Looks nice - I'll check whether they are alright (we're planning a few days of vacation in Amsterdam around Easter) Good job in populating the scene!
  17. Great new approach to roofs! I might want to try this myself. Keep posting!
  18. Ok, I did not read the "flickr find".... So no more pictures ...
  19. Hi, I have tried cotton sails - and it was a complete failure I wanted to dye them but they resisted. And then they started to come apart at the edges (despite the use of glue). So, I am still experimenting...
  20. Hi "Loves Houses"! I did not really "get" the blue parrots. We have taken some of the old grey parrots/birds (part of the old Egypt adventure sets) and we have painted them.
  21. Yes, the adventurers should come back! I loved the balloon and the boat and and and ... Helped me to recreate the flavour of the old Jules Verne stories.
  22. Interesting project! The classic space sets were the last ones I bought as a kid before the dark ages - and I thought they were (are) great! And a standard feature was the broken helmet.... I am looking forward to your updates!
  23. I am very impressed ... I think we need to modify our old original Cafe Corner.
  24. Very nice scene. I also had the question about the hats and the bones - thankfully the answer has already been provided. Good work!
  25. Huge - extremely well done!
