New features to the MRCA

I see your point. As you need monkey money to keep your game rolling, the MRCA is the key thing to make money (which then allows licenses, etc.). Therefore a lot of action is happening around the MRCA. Gamewise and storywise the MRCA is also a key point of BoBS (could happen twice a month if you ask me). We'd need something where quality will generate dubloons to change this. -
