  1. I have one suggestion - buy yourself rechargable batteries for this great creation. Really beautiful
  2. For small model - not bad at all, but I think your moc suits more scale models subforum...
  3. If someone needed as idea for front steering and driven axle for Arocs, here is my version of front axle for (future project) Arocs 2042 AS Agri...
  4. I think first one is the best
  5. Hi Matt, front axle is like this; but with additional liftarms at the bottom to make it more sturdy bottom view so far I did not manage to recreate rear axle, but within few days I'll made it Axles on Unimog have black parts as much as possible... enjoy
  6. @Hogwartus wellcome to Eurobricks. As Mercedes fan I can only say - G class is something very special (only Unimog is better offroader). About your model I agree completely with @Milan, but have one additional suggestion - Mercedes uses V6 engines and not flat 6 cylinder engines
  7. It looks very smooth . One thing that is usually happened - when you want things to look and feel simple you need to work very hard and take care of lot of details, and things that look complicated are actually non-finished sloppy things
  8. And you can add new telehandler (set 42061) to your collection and you have possibility to recreate crane from prototype images...Here in Croatia situation is not better, even worse in some aspect - lots of sets are missing some parts etc...
  9. For carriage that does not spin you can use this https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=2711#T=C And new beam 1 x 5 thin with axlehole at the ends to make beam 1 x 5 with axleholes at both ends and in the center
  10. Hi Matt, Suspension is like on real Unimog implement carrier - solid axles suspended by shock absorbers and coil springs and located by 4 longitudional links. If you can not see it on previus posts, then I'll make another one - both front and rear axle (I don't want to dissassemble Unimog) and upload images Greetings down under
  11. Hi Cloud, I hope that this "pictorial" example will be of some use for you...
  12. Sorry my friend, I didn't take of my glasses and I'm steel stucked to Mercedes (as a brand) . I really like rear mudguards on your trucks, they fit perfrctly to 62.4 tires
  13. FM-X in yellow and white? Didn't know that Liebherr is making onroad trucks Anyway I see more and more merging Technic functionality with models for Scale modeling subforim look
  14. Yes they are rare, but always rare things are the most beautifull...
  15. Perhaps, he had assistent with name Manuel like here On the other hand good review. Telehendler is my first set bought from this year Technic line
  16. Wow, defenetly best cabover version of US truck if not the best im scale 1:17,5. Great color sheme
  17. I'll take photos in few days, and put them in your topics if you allow to do that - it is easier to see picture than to talk about it... separated turntable it used at the outer end - it could be seen in my Brickshelf gallery several posts before. Of course there is a gear 24 tooth inside separated turntable which perfectly fits inside "ring gear" on black turntable part...
  18. But first Congratulation on becoming new member of Eurobricks Knights
  19. This is very promising idea. Do yo know that you can separate turntables to achieve more narrow construction?
  20. You are defenetly right, this way it uses ordinary beams and ordinary gear rack which is cheaper and not like new telehandler with arocs gear rack + gear rack housing
  21. 42070 has no locking differential it is used as ordinary central differential, but as was mentioned allready it has 'locking' potential
  22. I know the feeling - something like this or even this
  23. The most reasonable explanation would be that red colored differential uses (partly) mold for new red clutch gear, so it should have "lock" possibilities with new 3l driving ring combination
