  1. Good styled car, but I have just one question (not critics) - is there a way to make gaps (empty spaces) smaller?
  2. Not bad for first supercar. 42000 wheels are made for such models. BTW how did your dog react to your first supercar?
  3. Mini figs are nice touch for this moc indeed. It is always nice to see something original
  4. Complete truth and there is nothing to add on this comment - thumbs up
  5. What else to say other than perfect moc, and specially a car that during great depression costed as a house. One of best representative for that avanturistic era made as best car in scale model theme so far. Really fantastic model
  6. Since I have serius infection last two year I'll stick to it for a while to make it propper. My infection does not have a Latin name but German - UNiversal MOtor Gerät. So for aniversary I'll make short wheelbase version of mid range model U423 and when finished will be presented here on Eurobricks portal as separate topic. I was planing to cure myself from this infection at the end of this year, but we will see...
  7. You can always learn something from older people - even from their mistakes you learn how not to do things Off course when you can not afford yourself to have dozen of big sets you do what you can
  8. As everything in this World is impermanent, so are the batteries and almost everything in last 20 years has quality problems and things are getting worse and worse (that is why I'll stop dissasembling my models). You are no nerd, you are trying to put some "color" in this "shades of gray" situation...
  9. Then you would need additional CLAAS wheel/tire for steering wheel with such big model
  10. I see very sturdy solution for rear axle - great idea to use two frames About Alonso; after era of Senna he is the best - won 2 titles with inferrior car (but renault was not so much inferrior as Honda engine today...) but could compensate it with 70 qualifying rounds when refuling was allowed...but back to topic, when instructions will be ready I'll take a look st them. btw yesterday I managed to make short Unimog chassis with differential and it needs some small theeking...
  11. That means you needed 3 CLAAS Xerions for your wacky project. You would need a whole room for this vehicle to turn Based in size, you'll need lots of motors to make it "user friendly" I'll keep my fingers crossed
  12. It is just a number, important is what you practise and what you beleive. @nick97 topic's title suits your project
  13. About building simethung forever - I have such feeling with Unimog for last two years; hm or I infected with it I agree about video - I also am not someone who sees video as something necessary (probably due to bad equipment), but now first I'll wait to see how Fernando would finish in Spa, and then to build another (short) Unimog chassis
  14. Aha you have an A model and B model - just like typical LEGO set
  15. Well Arocs has enough parts to build it, so I'll follow this project from a distant...so far it looks promising. just one comment - try not to overuse parts; as I already mentioned on different topic, parts easily got broken or loose and that I why some of my projects are on hold because I miss specific parts in specific colors...
  16. Now I'm nervous for few days to see your video online...what I can currently see you made perfect proportions and model is very stiff. Waiting for video, perhaps I'll make my U423 with pneumatic pump to act like kompressor for Mulag attachment... It is desired that pneumatics work smoothly so I'll perhaps (miss)use your idea if it would work on my U423. About short MOC life, I had that philosophy but ended with lot of broken pins and connectors... I'm really impressed how dump truck evolved.
  17. ...imagine if you have guests with appetite for bananas - it would be expensive banana party
  18. You probably have natural banana and not genetically modified When we discouss about modifications, perhaps simple steering modification would be enough. But banana tank is original idea. At the first I thought it is all about tank that uses banana as munition
  19. It looks like you are under LEGO influent and made blu model which is nicer than LEGO wheeled loader 8265
  20. Indeed looks like you were inspired by Renault Magnum. Very nice model
  21. ...and I'm still not satisfied with (to) big gap between tires and mudguards. Perhaps first thing (parallel to ongoing projects) would be to try to make chassid that is stiffer and to enable smaller gap between tires and mudguards...
