Another superb Kai NRG story line! I love the overuse of pronouns to add to the confusion and humor of the scene

[COR-FB1 May] Silver Mine in Tiberia
soccerkid6 replied to Mike S's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Good use of old-school building techniques for the cliff Excellent crane and mine cart too -
Thanks! I always appreciate your detailed comments. A joust scene with all yellow smiley's would be pretty fun

Steampunk is a fun theme, and this is a great example of a steampunk vehicle. I really like the dual propeller set up, and the chains across the front. Good use of that bley tubing as well, and the smokestack finishes it off well

[SR - FB] Everybody was Kung Fu fighting
soccerkid6 replied to pombe's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Perfect ying-yang symbol! The story is hilarious as well, I love Alois' interjections Great brickbuilt letters outside too -
Excellent modular building, I can't recall having seen any modular dentist offices before The use of bright light orange teeth on the facade is clever, and I like the rain gutters. Great interior too, with the distressed patient, little waiting area, and comfortable living space

[WIP] Jeep CJ5
soccerkid6 replied to Pego's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Very well designed model! Good work capturing the look of the CJ5 so well for a smaller technic model, and it looks like a capable crawler -

Book II - Mitgardia: Guild sign-up and Discussion
soccerkid6 replied to Ecclesiastes's topic in Guilds of Historica
Great to hear there are plenty of Mitgardian builds incoming And when I need inspiration, I often look back at old Mitgardian builds -
Yup, those figs are pretty epic I like the addition of some dark tan to the desert landscape

That drill is great! Nice work with the crater, and story too. And that MANTIS speeder does look very nifty

Wonderful group of micro space ships, with fun parts use and great shapes Excellent interior with those stairs, railing, and commander chair. Plus a very intriguing story
-
Sweet speeder, and that kawashita vehicle is quite a beast, great use of the tires Excellent dialogue in the story too
-
This is quite an attractive little building, the doors work wonderfully as walls, and the micro ship on top is excellent Looks like it is well stocked with Pirate supplies too
-
I like the red, white, and blue, color scheme Great paddle wheel, and railing on each deck too. The hanging banners are a nice touch

[MOC] Ep VII The Force Awakens - Crashed Star Destroyer on Jakku
soccerkid6 replied to KevFett2011's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Stunning detail all around, but one thing that stood out to me was the excellent SNOT sand dunes for the scene -
The Nexo Knight figs look so good here with your modifications Nice touch with the 4x4 round bases for each fig

Temperamental AI driven taxi cabs, yikes Great hover 'wheels' and your photo editing of the last picture is quite effective

I like the orange stripes in the wall, and the laser effect is well done, even having the crack in the table

Great use of paint rollers here, and that lighting looks amazing
-
What a clever idea, and carried out flawlessly. Both 'model's look amazing, but the fact it transforms from one to the other makes it even more impressive The way you have the wings fold in and out is genius
