Henkl replied to Chade's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
You can try to use the style of the new Arocs truck. That one does not use any of these parts. You can download the book from the lego website -

Kenworth K100 Crane Truck
Henkl replied to efferman's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Hallo Efferman, that is a nice use for the new parts. Like the Kenworth and the crane but hope that you do a rebuild after the contest to make it a wrecker.- 228 replies

Ingmar, you did a roadtrain in the past. Your Elphinstone easyloader, the one we discussed years ago on Lowlug.

Thanx Ingmar for the instructions of the fifth wheel. Yet another question. What kind of kingpin are you using with it?

Xerion
Henkl replied to JBTechnic's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Omg. Next to the Arocs it is even bigger then i have thought. Really impressiv. I allready said it before but i like it. -
No that is not logical. The gooseneck is only detacheble for mounting front wheels. Loading happens on the back with ramps. Why would you detach the gooseneck if the ride hide is the same as the back, it is a semi. Loading on the front happens only with low loaders.

Hi JB, like your Xerion. Hope the 2016 one is the same. That would mean bigger tyres and red wheels. -

I thought you would make a Liebherr LTF 10xx-4.1 crane. -
Hi Jaap, very nice trailer. Almost real. Like the combo with the Actros, but that is normal, i am a Merc man but still the Scania tower is my favorit.

42043 Mercedes-Benz Arocs 3245
Henkl replied to AndroTech's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
That is a shame. Good luck. I got today my second Arocs. Lucky me, i have a big collection but the biggest problem is where to put them. -
Hi Ingmar, as allways a nice truck. Love your work and i am happy that i saw them in real life. What is your width over the fenders. I use 18 studs and efferman 19 with the normal trock tyre.

Henkl replied to efferman's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Hi efferman, how many studs is your truck over the fenders. I use allways 18 studs for the fenders, bumper and tipper and 17 for the cab. I think this is the best for these tyres.
