  1. Knock yourself out! You can make as many MOCs as you like. As long as you only enter one in the contest
  2. I like this point of view. Go ahead! Hi, This is stated in the rules: You need to utilize 4 output ports of the IR Receivers/SBrick (not counting LEDs) This means you need to use 4 motors Exception 1: you can multiplex multiple motors on a single output (for driving for example, when you need more torque) Exception 2: a constantly running compressor When you look at exception 2 it only mentions a constantly running compresssor. LEDs can be used and don't count towards the ports used.
  3. Like the other guys said; it's two functions. It's all about using the outputs. Skid steering uses two ports. A bit late, but let's stick to Lego tires for the entry model (video and pictures). You can show the model with 3rd party tires in your discussion topic if you like. Why do you want to use the spring only? Agreed! Showing a model on Facebook is allowed too, but showing it in the entry topic is mandatory.
  4. I've built Nathanael's Modular Super Car and I am currently working on Bruno's Ferrari 458 Spider.
  5. As you can see he has been chambered. Please don't continue this discussion. Let's stick to the L250G MOC!
  6. Classic 4WB mistake We've all been there
  7. I have sent JuiceStain14 a PM. Let's end the discussion about payed instructions and talk about the excellent L250F!
  8. I have sent you a PM. Read and respond!
  9. I have found the other discussion. http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=86913&st=300#entry2007697 I will split the last posts and merge them into the other discussion.
  10. In another topic (General Discussion?) I proposed SEMOC, someone else's MOC.
  11. I understand why you guys are disappointed, but I am very confident that Vengit will deliver a proper Android app in the near future. I guess we need to bear with them for a couple of weeks.
  12. Okay you've figured it out. TLG designers like to win SBricks
  13. Merging with existing MODs topic: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=91625
  14. Hi Milkromeda, Welcome to EB! Looks like you are progressing nicely! To share an image, you might want to create a Bricksafe or Flickr account. You can upload your pictures there and link them to your post! Take care Jim
  15. You are supposed to show your LEGO workspace, not your model trucks.....wait a minute.... Nice collection of MOCs (still no proper abbreviation for someone else's MOC). You are probably a Model Team fan too
  16. Merging this topic with the "Which set to buy" topic: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=88763
  17. Maybe it's just me, but I'm not interested in the time laps build. I always skip that part to the end of the review. I would be more interested in seeing the model at different stages of the build, with some additional information about techniques being used. For example, how does the mechanism work to fold the headlights.
  18. Before this escalates; let's stick to the part discussion, instead of debating about "being a purist, cutting parts and so on".
  19. Merging with the General Part Discussion topic: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=101081
  20. This is a great model! Looking forward to see the full version after the contest. When you have the building instructions available, I might have a crack at it. Seems like a model with high playability.
  21. I have merged your new topic back into this one. Let's keep the thread grip discussion to a single topic.
  22. I came up with this solution. It's cheap and it does work reasonably well.
  23. In that case a WIP topic isn't very useful. Wait till the last day to create your topic. Or listen to Legomuppet and simply create your topic. I reckon you are building some sort of machine?! In that case you can use third party pens or pencils
  24. Hi, 1. The 2 PF receivers can be replaced by a single SBrick, but if it looks better, from an aesthetics point of view, you can replace the two IR receivers by 2 SBricks. The emphasis of the rule is that you need to utilize 4 output ports. So either 2 ports on 2 SBricks or 4 ports on a single SBrick. 2. You can multiplex two motors on a single output for the same function (i.e. driving in your case). They don't need to be mechanically linked. Normally I would say no, but let's pretend the metal balls are these: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=bb607 Don't tell anyone they are not
  25. Someone is heading for his third medal! Stunning MOC. Absolutely amazing. The timing of this contest couldn't be better for you.
