This pretty much sums it up for me. Having built hundreds of sets, one knows how things are accomplished. Complexity becomes routine. When you are 10 years old and you get a 2000+ (or a 1000+) part count set.....I'm sure you will find it complex, interesting, challenging, rewarding. I am very satisfied with the level of complexity and the overall quality of the Technic line. Although I wouldn't mind a UCS Technic set in the 400-500 euro range once every few years. On the other hand; there are so many great NMOCs to build.....

That's actually something I was wondering too. I would like to know. But in general his machines are fun to watch. -
Yup. Back to 2015 I've created a new topic for the complexity discussion: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=104656

I can send you a PM (personal message) when you reach ten posts. Or let me know your email address.

I always include the topic in my reply when I am announcing a merge action. The subscribers of the original topic get a message with the right link to the merged topic. But after merging it indeed results in a circular reference. Maybe I can delete the link after merging. Done. -

You can still take part in the contest, but you might consider using PF for your entry model. I have finished most of the chassis, but I am currently working on two big reviews, so it's on hold momentarily. But I will finish it. I am thinking of motorizing the 42039 the same way you did, which makes it easy to re-use the SBricks profile. True! Being an iOS developer myself I can concur what Rascko said. There are simply way less devices to take into consideration and the available device work more or less the same. This makes it much easier to focus on developing a better working app.- 780 replies

Thanks! Let's stick to a single discussion topic. I know it used to be a WIP topic, but I purposely called it a discussion topic in recent contests. There's no need to include WIP in the title. As a matter of fact, I even remove the [WIP] part....most of the time. Nope. Basically you did a lot of things wrong. You didn't read the rules about using output ports, you didn't create a discussion topic and you didn't use a new MOC, but an existing one. It's a simple a matter of reading the rules....

Done! Now that we have the okay-ish option, I'm not choosing Love it anymore. Too much copycat and not enough GT40. -

You just went up a couple of notches on my ladder Love it. Even though it's a mixture of design elements from other super cars. -

Interesting. While it sounds very logical, I always assumed it had something to do with the load on the truck itself. Thanks for the insight -
