  1. Sorry I couldn't come guys. Seems like you had a great time, and a job well done. I'm proud of you. Go Blue!!! Best regards, CGH/CBH/CRH
  2. Hi all, I am selling my Viking Drakar the Bølgerammer, which you can see in the pictures below. It comes with 26 Viking minifigs, including weapons and shields. I'm looking to get about 200 euro's for this one. More on this ship can also be seen in this topic. So if you want to upgrade your Viking collection with a nice original piece, drop me a PM!
  3. You may now also make me offers on part of the lot, since I'm going to part them for better value.
  4. Hi guys, I;m selling a large portion of my pirate minifigures, 160 in total to be exact. I want 450 euro for all of them, which is a really good price considering there is a few rare figures in the lot. You may also want to check out my add on the Dutch site Marktplaats: http://link.marktplaats.nl/728138032 Drop me a PM if you are interested, thank you! Best regards, CGH
  5. No, just small parts and mostly minifigs by now. Drop me a PM if you want something.
  6. Hi guys, due to some recent developments I'm forced to sell all my Lego. I still need to make an inventory, but I can tell you it's a vast collection which includes well over 400 Bricklink orders, many sets and a large amount of 9v track, motors etc. Not to mention all of my MOCs, finished and unfinished. The pictures below should give a good impression of what we are talking about here. This is an AFOL MOC collection, most of it is in really good to new condition, a large variety and many rare parts available. For me it would be best to sell the collection as a whole, for 10.000 euro's. And that the buyer would come and pick it all up at my place. I think parting it and selling it as loose parts would bring more, but of course that takes more time. More on this later, but shoot me a PM if you are interested already.
  7. Oh it looks great, love the sky scraper picture!
  8. In the small picture I thought I saw you starting a new hobby with a fishtank. Looks great, I love colourful aquariums and this is no exception.
  9. Thank you for all the kind words guys, I really appreciate it! It;s funny so many of you mention the tram, since it's such an old model. I'll give all buildings their own topic when they are finished. My problem is that I always seem to have 10+ builds running at the same time. So it might take some time. I'll gladly design it for TLC. It might hurt your wallet more then a bit though. Once I start on the permanent layout I will not use the road plates any more. I will be making SNOT streets and incorporate everything in a nice way. The road plates are the last survivers from my child hood and seemed like the perfect solution for a quick set-up (which still took me a good 2 hours to make).
  10. It's really great, well done! The only thing I'm missing are wires on the telegraph poles, and it might also be cool to lay one of those poles down with the wires al tangled up.
  11. IMO this is maybe the coolest looking Technic set ever made, so I might fall from my believes and get one.
  12. Still that is one hell of a locomotive, I especially like the sloped back on the tender. Thank you for sharing, it is giving me ideas.
  13. Hey TT, welcome back!
  14. What do you mean? It's great!
  15. This is great news! I'll certainly get some when they become available in stores.
  16. Hello everybody! This weekend my nephews came, so it was the ultimate chance to set up the Greenville layout thus far. A lot of it is still WIP and will continue to change over time.In the winter my aim is to make a large table and start further completing the layout. So with no further ado I give you the pictures from this morning. Excuse the quality of some, I had to shoot them with fake light (rain over Amsterdam today) and from quite a distance. But most came out good I reckon. First up an overview, here you can see the entire layout and some of my new Lego lair (about 30m2 for me). You can also see the PW made it back home, but I haven't found time to unpack it yet. Of course every town needs a good train station, here you can see just the main building which is almost complete. I'll add some side buildings so it will be larger. The train station is loosely based on the Frankfurt am Main station in Germany. This is the street front: Next is the main hall interior with the ticket booth: And lastly the backside and platform, my favourite part are the cast iron arches that support the canopy: And of course you need trains: First up my new and improved BR22 engine (I know it needs better pushrods): Next up Emerald night 3.0, now with XL wheels: Next to the station is an old 4-4-0 parked: And of course my blue 1940's Amsterdam tram drove down the streets: The Amsterdam section is growing, and the Tjalk is now also finished: On the other side you'll find Joe's garage and the Firestation which is nearly finished: Next are some random street shots with cars, people and a barrel organ: Of course for the kids you need to include some famous characters (well, not really just for the kids hehe). Did you spot Batman and Spiderman yet? Here's Spongebob and the TMNT: And sine a layout without pirates isn't: Last but not least some shots of my new lair, which is about 30m2, just for me And of course one needs minifigs to fill the streets: Well that's all for today folks, thank you for viewing!
  17. That's brilliant! I'd love to see a close up of how the rails ''connect'', do the trains ride over it well?
  18. Seeing the sellers feedback record (133 positive), I'd consider it safe to just order his entire stock.
  19. You can also get the parts separate on Bricklink, sometimes it is cheaper to assemble them that way or mix the essential parts with other fig parts. Marktplaats can also be a good source for us Dutch buyers. I was lucky enough to find 16 Romans as soon as they hit the stores. I love them.
  20. That's brilliant, I must have a go at it some time. Thank you for sharing!
  21. The street looks really nice, I love all the signs and the classic feel it all has! Smart idea on those garage doors, I'm just assuming they are white stickers over the glass, or are there white panes available as well? The only improvement point I can see is making the red background on the Coles sign more like the Lego red.
  22. Well the science museum then has a good security measure, then at least I could get in. Perhaps we should suggest that to Lego.
  23. Haha, don't think I will be on my bike this time, but I'll leave all options open for now. Will be cool to meet you finally and also to see some other new faces! And for places to visit: Amsterdam, it's only 700m away!
  24. I have a few doubles, some also I've seen on lists. I'm still looking for a few spartans, so please PM me for a deal.
