  1. She is quite a beauty! Especially love the broadsides and that figurehead. Good job!
  2. Aye, let us hope they will bring new sets to the table, so to speak.
  3. Yer models always have exceptional detail. I am sad to hear that you have lost interest, but the way I see it, in life, one has to do whatever they are passionate about. I would be looking forward to seeing more of yer MOCs.
  4. Lovely set, would be useful for a pirate town. It does require few more animals. I haven't made the decision of purchasing it or not.
  5. I believe the buildings themselves can be useful for a pirate town. The model seems to be separated into 3 or 4 parts. The one on the left can be fully used for a pirate town, that guard wall on the right is useless for us and the model next to it can also be used for the said pirate town. Overall, a good set.
  6. A beautiful model! Goes to show that it is possible to create an opera modular. Well done!
  7. I like both because each one has a certain artistic style regarding their faces. Besides, it is a lot more fun having a variety of expressions.
  8. Phenomenal build! Love the vegetation. And those natives blend in with the jungle so well. Good job!
  9. I really appreciate that we had such a good set, however, it was too close to the original. When you put it next to 2020's BSB, the fortress becomes small. I have no clue how they could have fixed the scale issue without adding too much to the price.
  10. A very detailed fortress, ye have beautiful minifigures to accompany it with. Good job!
  11. Thank ye for this incredible information. Always interesting to learn more about LEGO Pirates history. Well done!
  12. Exquisite detail! Love the way you represented such a beautiful landscape. Good job!
  13. Aye, I am not planning to purchase any other remakes. I be satisfied with what I have obtained.
  14. Perhaps it be all a marketing trick to earn more money in short term - these remakes become rather popular upon release, therefore, to make as much money as possible in a shorter time, LEGO retires them not too long after release. We buy these sets on day one or so, knowing they retire so rapidly. I be just speculating.
  15. Congratulations on launching a store for these minifigures, they look splendid!
  16. I be not expecting any major pirate releases this year, rather a reference in another theme, perhaps a GWP and a character in one of the future CMFs. Still, there is always hope for more remakes.
  17. It looks wonderful!
  18. These are wonderful! I especially love the first one. Had there been more free time this month, I would have made a diorama or two of such kind also. Either way, happy Yule!
  19. I had a hard time choosing 'tween Redbeard, Jack and Ironhook. However, I believe that Redbeard could be the best pirate captain - he went through so many enemies for just one treasure (sure, they be not undead pirates but are just as dangerous) and could comandeer multiple vessels with a very loyal crew (something that Jack could never achieve ), he even can be intimidating when required. Ironhook was a great rival, sadly, he did not have enough appearances to call him the best pirate captain ever. I voted for Captain Redbeard. Aye, I could buy him a new one.
  20. Merry Yule to ye, Athos! Glad yer doing these for 20 years.
  21. A beautiful build, love how the cockpit fits so well with the shape. Are those ramp pieces tan or juts yellowed white? Good job!
  22. Hear, hear! It be about time soldiers obtain a vessel to challenge Black Seas Barracuda with.
  23. Indeed, I am using quite a few pieces (mostly accesories) for my (hopefully) upcoming MOC.
  24. He appeared in Hogwarts: Dumbledore's Office.
