Basically the brand is Di Long (or Ti Long, depending on how one romanize θΏͺιΎ ). the biggest selling point for these figures besides the fact that they are military based, are the camo prints. The weapons are copies of various 3rd party minifig weapon vendors like brickarms and sidan toys/ Minifigcat (among others). I own 2 sets of them and i'll say that the quality is just passable only. Note that the head diameter for the minifigs for this particular brand is ever so slightly smaller than official lego (and some other clone brands like SY and Decool), so official headgear will be too loose on them and Di Long's headgear will be too tight. The radio headset fits extremely loosely on these, but will fit just nicely on official LEGO. I personally recommend SY (Sheng Yuan) or Decool's military/police based figures rather than these actually, if not for the camo prints.

Nice display! Now you need to worry about dust.....

The Oxford Codename Cobra series seems to be very good for LEGO fans who are into modern military stuff, specifically desert warfare. Also, they have a new minifig design (same height with Lego minifigs) which has knee articulation, plus body armor and new helmets with the ability to incoporate accessories. It must be said that the new body armor isn't compatible with LEGO minifigs though

Good one Suspsy!

Ingenious! I am most impressed by the scene within the scene idea and the fact that you actually made the miniatures representative of their larger scale counterparts! Good luck for the contest!

Nice, somewhat reminds me of a scene in the film "Inside Man"

MOC: Assassination at Golden Dragon Dojo
kage28 replied to mordatre's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Love the dojo and the builds/decor in it. Love the sense of action conveyed and I especially like the samurai charging in, drawing his katana, as a samurai should. Congratulations! you took a theme loosely based on ninjas and made it truly feudal Japan! -
Both ships have their strengths and drawbacks, and it would feel incomplete to have 1 and not the other, so both for me.

Its a pretty engaging story Looking forward to the rest of the story unfolding

Fantastic ! I would love to apply the same mods! It sure makes the Pearl look alot mightier, as it should have been in the 1st place! We'll be most grateful to have knowledge as to what are the extra parts needed and the instructions to make the modifications!

Absolutely amazing! The only way i can think to improve it is to ensure somehow all the "coal" goes into the designated location...

Very nice! You have fulfilled the lighting potential of this set
