  1. I'm hoping for Armstrong/Aldrin or Lovell/Haise/Swigert minifigures, with flesh faces so they can be displayed together with the NASA women.
  2. In Germany it was available at Müller a few days ago, but it's out of stock now.
  3. Star Wars Mudtrooper torsos are currently available on B&P. Makes it easy to build additional Mimban infantry minifigures.
  4. I'd love to see a Clone Trooper minifigure wearing those red (or blue) training fatigues seen in Episode II. Maybe as part of a Kamino Battle Pack?
  5. Not sure if this fits in here, but... "Clones can think creatively. You'll find that they are immensely superior to droids."
  6. Almost all of my pre-2009 sets that use white stickers are affected, whereas the 2010-2013 stickers haven't peeled off yet. But unfortunately my 2014-2016 sets and the 2017 UCS Snowspeeder are affected again, so I don't think the problem has been solved.
  7. Did you know that the teal brick separator is avaliable on BnP? Sooner or later it'll probably appear in a set I want, but I couldn't wait anymore and ordered one today...
  8. Since Lego have recently decided to discontinue the train window pieces, I doubt this is going to be an Emerald Night re-release.
  9. Well, this particular blueprint shows the castle layout from Half-Blood Prince, but the Lego set is obviously based on Chamber of Secrets where the Whomping Willow was still located in the Training Grounds.
  10. Here's a crude drawing of which building exteriors I think the Lego sets represent and where they are located: Green - 75954. Great Hall and Grand Staircase Tower. Red - 75948. Clocktower and, possibly, Gryffindor Tower. Blue - 75953. Whomping Willow (approximate location), Training Grounds wall section including the gate through which the car escapes, and, possibly, one spire of the Training Grounds Tower. There's not really any way to connect the Lego sets like this.
  11. This just in: First pictures of the Lepin boss getting arrested
  12. I bought an additional DuckTales Huey today to try making a comic book-based Huey minifig. I think the result looks pretty good:
  13. No, that's the Viaduct Entrance. The Clocktower has only been released as a Lego model once before, in 2004.
  14. We might get more dementors in a Battle of Hogwarts set. The new PoA Dementor looks great, but I hope we'll get one of the hoodless OotP/DH dementors as well.
  15. My favorite character of these is Scrooge McDuck, although I'm disappointed that, judging by the color of his outfit, they have done the DuckTales version instead of the original comic character. I don't really like the head mold either (although it looks better in side view). I'm voting for the nephew in red (which according to DuckTales should be Huey I think?) because I like the print of the Junior Woodchucks Guidebook.
  16. Why doesn't Maxime use the longer arms though? She looks kind of weird like this...
  17. Series 3... Comic characters: 1. Donald Duck (Carl Barks) 2. Scrooge McDuck (Carl Barks) 3. Gyro Gearloose (Carl Barks) 4. Mickey Mouse (Italian comics) 5. Goofy (Italian comics) 6. Duck Avenger (Paperinik New Adventures) 7. Scrooge McDuck - Klondike outfit (Don Rosa) 8. José Carioca (Brazilian comics) Cartoon characters: 9. Mickey Mouse - Sorcerer's Apprentice 10. Pluto 11. Snow White 12. Cinderella 13. Mulan 14. Belle 15. Beast 16. Pinocchio 17. Mowgli 18. Baloo
  18. There's something I really dislike about this series and the first one: Basically all the minifigures seem to be based on the movie and cartoon characters. They're probably the ones Americans are most familiar with... But regions like Europe, where it's primarily the Disney comics that are popular, get sidelined again. There's not even "classic" Donald and Scrooge minifigures wearing black and red yet, no "Italian" Mickey wearing a shirt, no PKNA Duck Avenger, and no Klondike Scrooge from "The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck". The DuckTales minifigures are... okay. Their heads seem very deformed, especially Scrooge's.
  19. I didn't see a point in reporting this to Lego since in my experience it never stopped. Is it really possible they don't know about this? I've seen it happening for at least 15 years. The 2008-2010 sets are actually the ones that are worst affected in my collection, but more recently I once again found quite a lot of sets from the past few years (ca. 2014-2017) that have developed the same problem. DC Super Heroes, Speed Champions, and now the UCS Snowspeeder as well. And it's always the same: 1. only white stickers are affected, clear ones aren't 2. areas printed with different colors seem to disintegrate at different rates - white areas are by far the worst affected and usually start peeling off after just 2-3 years 3. it's like the stickers start expanding or contracting, causing them to peel off at the edges and then develop cracks all over I can't be the only one this happens to!?
  20. The stickers of my 2017 UCS snowspeeder have started to self-destruct. Of course I knew it would happen sooner or later, but I'm not used to this happening just 1.5 years after a set was bought! Why does Lego still use the white stickers at all, instead of switching to only using the clear ones that don't have this problem?
  21. Those locations are barely in the 8th movie. As far as I remember the clocktower and the hospital wing are only seen from the outside once or twice, and the courtyard featured in the battle of Hogwarts scenes is the viaduct courtyard.
  22. You've got to be kidding me... The Snowspeeder still uses the 1999 Y-Wing canopy!?
  23. I hope "Expecto Patronum" is the Dementor Battle Pack I've been waiting for. Two Dementors (plus Harry, I guess) would be great.
  24. Absolutely. I think it got at least five times more votes per day than before. And even my other project (Kowloon Walled City) seems to be getting a few votes again.
