That's got to be the worst case of corner-cutting in recent years. One minifigure that's still on my wishlist would be a HBP Dumbledore with the CMF hair and beard pieces in white. But if they don't recreate those molds for an expensive D2C set, I'm not sure if they ever will.

That still doesn't seem to be an accurate RotJ Boba minifigure. His hip pouches and belt are the ESB version.
