  10. Today has been a good day so far, Got my Lego PF motors and my next purchase will be a Lego Power Up system.. Got my collectible Lego stickers and they are for free when you order from Lego.com and now I got them all !!!! also for free from Lego.com I got a Lego set full of plants!!! What makes these so special that they are a representative to Lego's new formula for all future bricks and they are made from real plants!!.. I wonder if this formula will be passed down to Technics???
  11. The only way to get higher speed (RPM) on any Lego Pf motor or any DC brushed motors is to increase the voltage up to 10 volts!! or higher.. I personally done a 12 volt mod and i was able to get a good increase of speed. There are also mods of using two Lego battery packs to get 18 volts!! Remember that if you overage voltage your motors you are increasing the wear of the motors!!
  12. hummmm.. 150 watts and a small lipo battery?? I guess he ain't using the full potential of the motor?? a friend of mine just gave me a Rick's Pick motor!! and it fits inside a Lego XL motor case!! but first I need to find out more about this Rick's pick motor!!
  13. or use a 12 volt battery and the Lego battery pack. The Lego battery pack is hooked up to the IR or 2.4gh receiver and the 12 v battery is hooked up to motor .. Here's a mod I've successfully done.. and at 12 volts , you need to reinforce your model or this will happen!!
  14. @Thirdwigg the Lego set 42092 would go good with Lego set 42075.. :)
  15. I wonder if this Cada 2.4gh 4 port smart hub/remote can interfere with any to Lego PF devices?? https://us.gearbest.com/block-toys/pp_009464151272.html
  16. @Aventador2004 the sky blue looks great .. looks like its outside
  17. i think it looks like the Lego 8273 in some ways https://www.google.com/search?q=lego+8273&newwindow=1&rlz=1C1CHBD_enUS768US768&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjJjYr-hczcAhWOHTQIHTkRAGUQ_AUICygC&biw=1039&bih=492&dpr=1.5

  19. @Jim really? like this!! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_architect ... I do contract work for Activision and the are always looking for guys like you.. Congratulation to a new brave world!!
  20. its a good build, the suspension travel is small where the u-joints will never reach the 90 degree point. great job with your instruction
  21. I would start with Technic set 42068 if you like fire trucks and its over 1000 pieces and a fake engine with 4 wheel steering . Great for parts !! or if you want something easy and smaller , something smaller like the 500+ pieces the Lego set 42075 First Respond truck is a well rounded model and i would recommend to any one who never built a Technic set before
  22. I've done an 3 axle 3 drive shaft and they all have connections to their own XL motor mount which they coupled. .but I kept on blowing out the U-joints and I lost 3 of them on the second run. :( .. Excellent use of colors.. Black light weight body, light gray blue light weight frame with DGB color is the heaviest in weight and weight = strength supporting the important areas.. Great job!!
