  2. Yeah, it seems that we will need to continue to gather parts as we’re doing My idea is a bit “too good to be true”... except if it’s “Creator Expert 3 in 1” I remember that @Digger of Bricks already mentioned this in one of his posts (in another topic), it could have as age range 12 to 16. Great idea as written above! @Digger of Bricks, do you talk about modulars like the PS? There were some listings on BL of the Pet Shop building only and they were between your price tag. The only thing I would have liked for those buildings if they were ever made is that they don’t look like the small Creator 3 in 1 modulars but 16 wide normal modulars such as the PS with enough details so they wouldn’t clash with the normal modulars...
  3. Wow, your roads start to become very impressive and realistic! Great background editing too! Your city start to look to me as it was very big... That one is my favorite the poor guy...
  4. I think he already knows that. I simply had an idea about a new special set and he responded to me. And you, what do you think about this idea?
  5. Thanks! I will try to post three MOCs regularly (although I can’t promise to post everyday) in order to be able to continue posting for some time. - The Mecha Townhouse (you can support on Ideas) by @chezzymann - Paris Steampunk 1889 by @castor-troy and @domino39 - Brick Bank Classic Space Redux by justin_m_winn
  6. Wow! So happy you still continue the project! What a masterpiece, work of art, chef d’œuvre! I don’t know what to say! Très impressionnant !
  7. Very realistic rundown look and the yellowed/discolored bricks made look it even better Funny idea to include a ping pong table, I love the roof technique and the ground floor! Chapeau.
  8. Here’s an April Fool made by The Brick Fan in 2015. I’m glad this was not real as I would have missed it but I’m sure that a lot of AFOL’s weren’t. I hope they’ll bring back those two modulars!
  9. Hi @danth, are we allowed to post Classic Space/Sci-fi/Steampunk themed modulars? There’re some great ones. In the meantime, I’ll post some of my favorite MOCs SFU II “Tomahawk” by Ilya T. Classic Space Hangar by @adde51 Febrovery- X-rover by @adde51
  10. The new Brickheadz Set 41597 Go Brick Me has been revealed, that set let you design your own Brickheadz! Really love that idea and think that this is a very good step. It would be awesome if they make a similar modular set IMO, it would be a great way to get a handful selection of parts for a reasonable price and more people would start to make MOCs so the AFOL community would grow! Would you guys be happy with a design your own modular set?
  11. Staff Picks of 17/02/18: ~The Little Cafe by @Lindon ~Tribeca Art Gallery Building by anthoatana ~Trossingen Station by @Asper I bet @Digger of Bricks will love a detail (NPU) on the façade of the Art Gallery, I let him find which one Congrats to all these MOCers and see you tomorrow!
  12. Staff Picks of 16/02/18: ~Modular Tearoom by @Giacinto Consiglio ~Library by @MaximB ~A Summer In Tuscany by @paupadros Congrats to all these MOCers and see you tomorrow! P.S. The staff didn’t chose @paupadros because he wrote a lot in this thread but because his work is very impressive
  13. Wow, that looks so much better than what I expected! I can’t wait to build and add this MOC to my near-future city Hope to see your other modulars built with real bricks too!
  14. Personally I doubt we’ll have a hotel because first of all, it would be very unsurprising/expected for everyone who watched the designer video of the DD, and secondly, the next modular is corner building according to the cycle which are smaller than the normal ones... What do you guys think we can have except a hotel? I know there’re many things possible but what seems to you like the most possible and important? Nice, look forward to seeing it! Will it be your first MOC?
  15. Exactly! This topic is for inspiration and highlighting great MOC’s and is for learning to design modulars! (Thanks for mentioning my topic BTW) I have a lot of ideas! I’ll start sketching soon! Although I love Art Nouveau, it is too difficult for a first MOC and especially with LDD... It will be in another architecture. Many thanks for your help and support!
  16. Many thanks @thomassio! Glad to learn some about colors! You’re very welcome! I’ll have to achieve that Look forward to seeing it! Thanks! That’s very kind of you I’m very much interested in European, especially Art Nouveau architecture which you’re expert at... And me making some! I always look forward to hearing from more great MOC’cers!
  17. Staff Picks of 15/02/18: ~Imperial Hotel by @o0ger ~Hats and Clocks by @cimddwc ~Drug Store by Andrea_Como Actually can’t believe how Andrea_Como is undiscovered on Flickr, he made incredible MOC’s, and his MOC’s are in very different/unique style from other MOC’cers! Definitely worth to check out! Anyway, congrats to all these MOC’cers and see you tomorrow!
  18. Yes and that’s why I like it, it’s packed with NPU throughout the build! Yes, I completely forget about it, I would have mentioned it on my Steampunk list! It’s impressive mainly because it’s made with limited pieces!
  19. Stitch has only 21 supports to gather, I think we’ll see “The Brick Fan - Lego Ideas Stitch Achieves 10,000 Supporters” post by @Digger of Bricks this evening...
  20. Yes, and if you look at the Flickr of that guy, he’s simply the “Best Alternative Builder” and his alternative are waaay better than the official sets IMO! If you are looking for MOC instructions, you can take a look at my topic where I listed tons of MOC’cers who make instructions! Hope it’ll be useful!
