  1. I know that this comment dates from long time ago but I just wanted to say that this is also on Flickr in case someone is interested. The version in his city is much taller than the Ideas project BTW. Billions of thanks for this incredibly kind comment, @koalayummies, I walked around happy all day after your comment!! Thanks so much! Same here. That's what I'm trying to do! Millions of thanks for all the encouragement! Look forward to see what you share here! That's one crazy typical @Klikstyle building... I appreciate how Jme tries something new every time!
  2. This is one beautiful diorama... The landscaping, the rock-work, the atmosphere and everything else... These days, I'm fond of medieval buildings using 2x2 round tiles and the cottages use plenty of them! The windmill is so amazing. I love nature. Everything is lovely.
  3. Nice MOC! Great color scheme, wonderful roof, nice use of some printed parts and amazing foliage, especially the flowers. There is a significant difference between your newer and older builds. Keep it up!
  4. Fantastic modular! I didn't expect to see a modular of this quality when I opened this thread. The storefront is indeed amazing. I just love the color scheme and the rundown look, the small bits of dark red on the first floor and the old grey slopes on the roof add a lot! I see some serious NPU and some neat techniques used! Pretty nice interior as well, I like what you've done for the books. This instantly became my favorite modular from you!
  5. I don't have enough to make an update, unfortunately. I'm not actively searching for instructions anymore as my interest went into making MOCs rather than building someone else's MOC... P.S. When I find some others, I'll make an update.
  6. Nice work! I like the tree and the idea of adding a base works nicely here.
  7. Nice fire truck and ambulance. BTW, are you working on any midi-modulars? Looking forward to them!
  8. Sorry for not making any staff picks yesterday. Staff Picks of 27/05/18: ~Unnamed by Yo-Sub Joo ~Ninjago - Kai's Blacksmith Shop by @Imagine ~House by the River, King's Harbour, Cocovia by @Elostirion Congrats to all these MOCers! Staff Picks of 28/05/18: ~Ray's Music Exchange by @nebraska ~Medieval Magic Item Shop by Hoyin Lau ~Sunset at Mission San Miguel by @Nannan Congrats to all these MOCers and see you tomorrow!
  9. Great modular! Love the arches on the second floor, the roofline and the use of the lion heads which work so effectively here! Nice depth and texturing thanks to the use of the containers, and a big amount of profile bricks and windows. Keep it up!
  10. Looks great! I like the effect given by the profile bricks, too bad TLG still didn't introduce one for the corners... I look forward to seeing the interior! I don't know the series neither but I find it weird that in some images, there's a window on the roof and in some, there isn't...
  11. Thanks so much @Wodanis! Sorry for my late response... Sounds intriguing... Do you plan to build your Apartment Building with real bricks? Would be nice to see!
  12. Pretty glad to see a roller coaster MOC with the new tracks! I like the color scheme a lot and how clean it looks. What I like the most is the brick-built letters, they are simply amazing! Look forward to see your other MOCs...
  13. Staff Picks of 26/05/18: ~Modular Laundry by @vecchiasignoraceppo and @genecyst ~Model of Typical Apartment Building in Oslo, Norway by Bodø1968 ~Model Train Shop by @puddleglum Congrats to all these MOCers and see you tomorrow!
  14. There are some more photos of this MOC here and here if anyone is interested... A train station? Only something like the ones below may work without creating much difficulties for people displaying their modulars on shelves. And the people displaying their modulars in their cities could expand the rails... Some examples below: Trackside Lofts by @gotoAndLego Central Station by @Giacinto Consiglio and Modular Train Station by @LegoWolf Central Station by @Teddy I also wouldn't mind at all if we got a smaller station like the Studdington Station by @snaillad! However I'm not sure if we will get a train station soon as we just got one in the winter village theme even though I'm not sure if/how much winter village theme affects the modulars line... In fact, does any other themes affect the modulars? For instance do you guys think we still could get a modular hotel as Mike mentioned in the designer video of the DD considering we got a detailed hotel in the Capital City set?
  15. Isn't that so convincing?
  16. Here's a speed build of the Capital City: That hotel looks amazing! I'm actually pretty surprised (in a good way) to see there are two rooms! I dig the chaise longue and the revolving door!
  17. Thanks so much for sharing this here and of course taking the time to write it! I didn't have time to read the whole article but it looks like a real tutorial! And what makes me the most happy is that it's about this awe-inspiring one of my all time favorite modulars...
  18. Nice typical modular! Pretty interesting use of the clips on the façade and I like how the white building goes with the dark red one. I love the interior, some amazing mini-builds. I just love the clock and the fireplace. Keep it up!
