  1. My final thoughts: + amazing 16 wheel steering, purple and blue look great, awesome ejector seat! - base structure is a bit empty... Good luck!
  2. My final thoughts: + great modular design, mini V-16, punching function works very well. - would have looked a bit better without the yellow parts... Good luck!
  3. What I tend to do, is to pick up one of my special parts (usually a motor), and just start building something with it - I usually find a use for it when I'm finished. That's how I ended up building my drift chassis - I just picked up the buggy motor a looked for the simplest way to attach wheels to it. In fact, I'm actually doing this right now... with two buggy motors!
  4. It is this: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=812&name=Train Level Crossing Center Rail Cap Insert 2 x 14 x 2/3&category=[Train]
  5. My final thoughts: + dual steering makes it very maneuverable (which is very good for a race!). - not enough thought was put into the design - it could have been a lot better... Good luck! (and sorry for saying that you didn't have any chance of winning...)
  6. My final thoughts: + crazy spinning arm, working lights, red color scheme is very nice. - arm can't spin at full speed. (which I would have really liked to see) Good luck!
  7. My final thoughts: + great design, dual color scheme, "Rollover" function works very well. - some parts of the structure are a bit empty. Good luck!
  8. That makes sense, I guess when you've put a lot of work into them, you don't want to just cover them up... Yes, that would be good! Yes, I knew I hadn't commented on some of the entries, and I thought it would be easier just to comment on all of them, rather than trying to find the ones I missed.
  9. No, here on Eurobricks: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/forum/115-lego-technic-mindstorms-model-team
  10. My final thoughts: + lifting function is very wacky, excellent design with lots of clever constructions (including the special rims). - wheels don't look very good - the rims should have been covered with something... Good luck!
  11. What are you using to control that? Both the Sbrick and PF can't handle that high voltage...
  12. Very clever... I never though of using the beacon tracking for something like this! You should have used a LED globe - it produces almost no heat at all!
  13. My final thoughts: + great design, yeti is very funny, "Snowcannon" works very well. - tracks don't move very well... Good luck!
  14. My final thoughts: + "Veil" mode is very clever, lots of functions, very fun design. - structure is too open and messy - it looks much better in "Veil" mode. Good luck!
  15. My final thoughts: + very clean design, very original, the awesome dragon! - the dragon's wings should have been bigger Good luck!
  16. My final thoughts: + works great, very original and different. - unusual choice of vehicle. (but I guess that might be good for this...) Good luck!
  17. My final thoughts: + classic design style, working cannon. - possibly too big and slow for a race. Good luck!
  18. My final thoughts: + very nice red+black design, big working engines, working lights. - only one wacky function. (although it is a very good one!) Good luck!
  19. My final thoughts: + extremely crazy and wacky, heaps of functions, actually has "wacky wheels". - slightly messy, multi-colored design. Good luck!
  20. My final thoughts: + very maneuverable, great design. - not very wacky. Good luck!
  21. 8: 10 3: 6 23: 4 12: 3 21: 2 15: 1 It was hard to pick who to vote for, as there was so much diversity! I will be posting my final thoughts on each entry, on their respective topics, but there is one thing I will say - Good luck!
  22. What a great vehicle to build! I will following this with interest, as I was actually planning on building a similar type of vehicle myself. (but not based off anything) That should make it a bit easier to model...
  23. It is possible to have steering at the same time as outriggers: Move the red liftarm for steering, and move the blue liftarms for the outriggers.
  24. Well, I know @TechnicSummse has one separate from the steering unit, and @Carsten Svendsen mentioned he had searched the part number...
