  1. Yes I think they are from 2007, but not having a 2017 set with PF parts (yet!) I can't confirm it.
  2. I have definitely missed out on a lot of good deals, mainly because of bidding on ebay. As for things I have sold, not that much really but I did have one of the Manas from 8539, I sold it because it used up it's battery's too quickly. Now that I have eneloops I kind of regret it .
  3. You must have been using a V1 receiver, V2 receivers don't have that problem (in fact that is why I got a V2 for!).
  4. Yes, but you also need to make sure they all work together. By the way, we seem to have gone off topic a bit. It might be worth starting a separate topic for this.
  5. Yes, but I don't think you can use them without a specialized motor driver.
  6. It looks really nice but it could do bigger wheels (maybe you could check out this topic for ideas?). I like the pics with the camper !
  7. Are they Lego Lipos or 3rd party? If they are 3rd party how did you connect them to the SBrick?
  8. I agree, I myself always build with functionality in mind first, and then make it look a bit better after I know that it works how I want.
  9. I just remembered how to know when it was made, the production code stamped on all PF parts! For those of you who don't know how to read them, the code is made of 3 numbers and 1 letter e.g: 06K2, which means the 6th week of 2012. I think that SBricks are much better too but I don't own a device that can control them, which makes it much more expensive for me.
  10. COOL! , this is similar to what I was thinking of making when my cheap WLToys buggy breaks (which I know it will!).
  11. That problem with the capacitor could possibly mean that the M-motor was changed too.
  12. While looking to buy a PF V2 receiver (58123bc01) I realized that it is only in 9398 and 41999 (both 4x4 crawlers), but is not in later sets like 42030 and 42065. I have been confused by this because I thought that it was suppose to replace the old receiver (58123c01). One thing I thought was that the insides were changed but they didn't have V2 printing, but why I don't know. Hopefully someone knows what's going on!
  13. It all seems interesting, cool, confusing and amazing all at the same time ! the only one I have ever made is a cube .
  14. Yes mine too, I was really surprised how powerful they were!
  15. Is that with the wheels and buggy motor?
  16. So far it would be 8110 for me, but that's just because it's also the biggest set I have built. Really it's any set that is big and has PF and a lot of pneumatic, so 42043 would probably be the hardest but I haven't got/built that yet.
  17. Yes they are but only 1 per battery box, and if you want to RC them they only work with V2 receivers. No, only where 2 were I bought those 2 for only AU $40 You should sell some! there are lots of people that want some.
  18. I have 4 I wish I could use all of them at the same time! WHAT!!! why (and how) so many?
  19. Hi everyone! I have finally decided to join Eurobricks today (you might know me from Rebrickable) because I'm having trouble finding/deciding the perfect 1.9" tires and I'm hoping I can find help here. I do have a few requirements: they must fit on the standard Lego 44772 rims, they must be significantly taller than the 92912 tires (at least 1cm more), the price for 4 including shipping must be less than AU $40 and if possible be tested by someone else. After a lot of searching and reading I found these: 108mm which look exactly like the Ansmann tires 110mm which seem to be the small Super Swamper tires and 115mm which I think are the perfect for what I want I wish I could get these 121mm RC4WD Interco Super Swamper tires but they are too expensive for me. If you know of any others that meet my requirements please let me know, I hope you can help .
