  1. And LSculpt has a feature that can help that process: ^from the LSculpt page.
  2. Yes... It's probably a 2016 battery box then - as I think the 2016 production code would look the same as the 2006 one... Yes, me too, especially when they are non-destructive ones like this (can be).
  3. I have had no problems with my modified battery box...
  4. ...or remove the overload protection from the PF battery box - which will give you plenty of power! And this is how to do it: Open the battery box - instructions here. Find the protection - the square thing marked "HLSL" in the photo below. Remove the protection - either solder it out (and replace it with wire), or tape some aluminum foil over it. (I used copper foil tape) Put the battery box back together. You can also find some more information here:
  5. Top of my list would be 9398 - 4x4 crawler, it was such a great set, but I've never been able to get one due to the high aftermarket prices.
  6. Hmm... strange... I haven't ever had a one break - and I got heaps of them And it's not like I've treated them gently, I've done lots of stressful stuff with them - including using them to hold the arms of a crossbow! I just don't get it...
  7. Those would fit perfectly! No, not yet, but we should have one, as it would be great to see some more uses for pullback motors. I would be more interested to see what would be made if there was no size limit!
  8. Welcome to Eurobricks! That's one very funny photo! Well it's always good to have some humor here and there...
  9. You might want to check out Bricklink... 6073: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?id=4668 6074: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?id=4669
  10. Welcome to Eurobricks @Krisha! I agree with @aminnich, you should pick the tires first, but also, you should pick the scale - as that will affect what tires you have to choose from.
  11. It's a great start, but it is a bit too square... As for the body being too far above the chassis, I think it will look great!
  12. Well you never know... I assume you also saw this brick-built one while you were there: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/9c91b8ea-128e-4af1-a38b-06d70e05b2f4
  13. Wow, that's gotta be the fastest tracked vehicle I've ever seen!
  14. There is LSculpt, which can make Lego sculptures out of 3D models, so if it was possible to convert the LDraw file for the Lego goblet into a 3D model, then it would be possible to make a 20x sculpture out of it. Maybe @Philo can help with this? - he knows a lot about LDraw.
  15. It's not just the Technic forum that has these identifying icons, they are in every forum - but with different Lego parts representing them.
  16. That looks great! It does look a bit fat in comparison to 42065, but I think that just makes it look cute! Me too...
  17. Something I have always thought would be good to have, is an 'I've got an idea!' emotion - such as this> with a light bulb above it. Also, it would be good to have this> , but without the drool - as a kind of surprised/very happy emotion. Wouldn't this> cover that?
  18. Welcome to Eurobricks! It's great to see another Techinc fan joining the forum - the more builders with ideas, the better!
  19. My final thoughts: + the "evil face", the engine, it puts a whole new meaning to "big engine". - maybe it's a bit too long... Good luck!
  20. My final thoughts: + crazy spinning ring, great design, hanging arms look like legs. - a bit slow. (which is bad for a race) Good luck!
  21. It is possible with the Lego software - by putting the ultrasonic sensor into listening mode, though it's not possible to control it completely, it only makes it blink.
  22. This is actually quite good, I like the use of suspension arms. He looks like he's having fun!
  23. Except it would need to rotate back to it's start position after switching... which would cause it to switch the gears back... I know it would be possible to eliminate that mechanically, but the question is, is it possible within a reasonable size?
