  1. Hi, To fix the index links not working, just remove this section from the URL: applications/core/interface/file/index.php?file= So: (for example) https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/applications/core/interface/file/index.php?file=/index.php?showtopic=41226&view=findpost&p=3339228 Becomes: https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=41226&view=findpost&p=3339228 Doesn't matter if there's more than one / at once.

  3. mine does this, I thought it was just kinda normal
  4. There's a 7 speed gearbox mod for the original set, maybe it will fit in this MOC too, https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-146834/SKC_LEGO/peugeot-9x8-pro/#details also will there be instructions for these MODs?
  5. one possibility might be to replace the bevel gears with just a 12 tooth single bevel gear, but then we do something I've never seen before, that is: use just the red 28 tooth idler gears then have another single tooth bevel gear on the other side. Its kinda big to fit in though but you can put half beams inside of the 28 tooth idler gear at least. I also have every spike prime motor (x1L,x4M and x6 small) + other lego motors so l can test stuff out if needed. sadly no buwizz 3.0 , only 2.0
  6. I wish I could build this on windows or android
  7. And the spike prime small angular motor + CADA micro-motor Also in the brick palette is there not a way to show the part ID in the part name label that appears on mouse-over? I also can;t see the extra colors in the color palette such as vibrant yellow, and reddish orange. I could use a part group or template but it's annoying.
  8. Ok, I got the new adjustable ride height axles working, built (x2) and installed, they are kinda floating in place right now, but they fit in the chassis just fine.
  9. I found a compact way to brace these wishbones, using part 98577, I put these all the way on the wishbones axles but they would fit into the technic system better by using half bushes on the axles first. But I forgot that there's no way to mount the shocks to these wishbones, so now I'm back to â–¡1. The 5L wishbones and 6L wishbones will not work either for the same reason as the new 3L wishbones don't work.
  10. this wouldn't fit inside of the rims from the creator expert porche 9¹1
  11. I'll try that then, might have to upscale the bodywork but its way easier than up-scaling 42145 helicopter. I luckily have the MP4/4 set, just dismantled. I also have 4 of the ball joints but the new mould where they are shiny not matte. Update: The problem is, the wishbones catch if we just brace them with say, a 3L beam on each side so I had to have rounded points which also had a pinhole and which allowed the CV joint to be 1L infront of the pivot point , but I also need space for the differential to be right up close AND I need points for the driveshaft gear, steering, and suspension. Tricky but maybe possibleMy brain is mush today's so ill try again tomorrow.
  12. Tried making both axles so they had 4L CV joints with a female CV joint on both ends of each axle, but the female CV joint was preventing the wishbones from pivoting, and even though I used some recessed wheels, it was still 1L too wide on either side, for the bodywork. I was hoping to keep the engine, but have steering, diff, and independent suspension on both axles..
  13. I noticed that someone made a 4 speed gearbox + paddle shifter + gear indicator etc mod too: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-208040/GeCo-GeaCreate/upgrade-42171-mercedes-amg-f1-w14-gearbox-4-paddles-shifters-electric-motor-drs-from-the-cockpit/#details
  14. If only we could have an axle of say 3 or 4L but have some sort of part on both ends of the axle that fits loosley or pops into the audi wheel hubs/reinforced short CV joints. Maybe if I did a search for "." in LDCAD while having the unofficial, official, digital-bricks , and other parts libraries installed, there might be a psrt there that fits my description (probably a system piece). The 8 tooth gear works but you cant have steering or suspension on the axle then. Same story with putting the old female CV joint into the female Reinforced CV joint. It works, but no steering or suspension. I once tried with a 1x1 flower plate/brick with 4 petals but it didn't fit and doesn't have an axle hole.
  15. Anyone know when that orange AMG GT3 set is out, if it had over 5k pieces I hope it has a gearbox
  16. This new part (7504) might be useful for air scoops: I wonder if this part (5253) fits into a ball socket of some sort:
  17. hmm my arm will have 5 functions running thru it :O PTO1 PTO2 latch/unlatch medium LA second large LA
  18. starting my gearbox mod: functions are: 1.PTO1 (e.g. drill rotation) 2.PTO2 (e.g. drill hammering) 3.attachment latch/unlatch 4.LA3 5.LA2 6.LA1 7.Turntable As ZBLJ suggested, there is space for a secondary motor by shifting the battery box accross (i'm using a buwizz 3.0 anyhow), the 2 motors are hard coupled together for more torque, since the gearbox has a lot of gears. My gearbox has 7 levers (one per clutch ring) The drive and steering is powered by 2 motors and a dedicated Bwi 3.0 , they are all in the lower section. The full RC version will be the same except no gearbox and 7 motors on the top, 2 in the bottom
  19. Ok. I fixed the problem by not having a train wheel linkage after all to slide the drill bit in and out but rather, I tied the other end of the axle joiner to the follower, so that the follower could not slide independently on the axle. The axle can still spin however too. I still need to tidy up the ugly knob wheels on the back somehow, maybe some help with that would be good, here is the digital model
  20. I tried it but it was taking up too much space, or the teeth were getting caught on stuff remember, there's 2 independently spinning axles, right next to each other. I got it working anyway, just trying different pieces as the follower to get the best "snap" when it rides against the knob wheel, I also can't have slack in the axle when it slides, the spring must always be under tension or at its normal state because if the axle is facing down, gravity will make it unable to get pulled up for the hammer mechanism. So im trying half bushes, whole bushes and minifig utensil rings to get it right. I think a better idea would be to use connecting rods somehow to move the axle in and out, so that its more reliable, the current design, as I said , does not always slide the axle. Also the knob wheels are a bit messy, there's 0.5L of axles sticking out etc.
