Even though I can‘t say I care about Fortnite, the upcoming sets do sound intriguing, especially the minifigs! From what I can tell, they go for some of the classic skins 77074 Battle Bus ($99.99, 954 pcs) includes Adventure Peely, Cuddle Team Leader, Meowscles, Brite Bomber and more 77073 Peely Bone ($99.99, 1414 pcs) 77071 Loot Llama ($39.99, 691 pcs) 77070 Burger Battleground ($14.99, 193 pcs)

Let‘s hope Gunn is cooking with Supes, because otherwise the DCU is cooked, and the DC theme with it So far, everything looks great in my opinion, so I‘m not worried yet. The general buzz seems to be positive too, however, the deciding factor won‘t be us fans, but general audiences. I think the time is right for a optimistic, positive take on Supes after Mopey McSadface (no shade towards Cavill though, he did well!) And for the love of Batman, no Jesus imagery this time! Twice was already two times too many. Thanks.

I don‘t get why they should‘ve picked a Legends character that will never ever be relevant again Darth Malak at least can easily be made canon again once they delve into that era. Mara on the other hand cannot be reintroduced into canon unless they change pretty much everything about her, except for the design and character traits maybe Also, it‘d be kinda weird to celebrate 25 years of LSW with a character who hasn‘t been relevant in 25 years …Yeah yeah, get your pitchforks ready, I‘m not afraid of you!! -

That‘s a really cool model! I like how they‘ve captured his signature pose Hopefully a remake of the 2008 Grievous figure is also in the cards at some point! That model could be improved so much with all the pieces that didn‘t exist back in the day. -

It‘s interesting, because SW is one of the few themes where this happens regularly. For most other themes, pictures of the entire wave still drop all at once (the other current example being Marvel with the 4+ Hulk set and the stilling missing Helicarrier) They must have marketing reasons for this strategy as I doubt they do it on a whim Personally, I don‘t mind too much but I have to admit it‘s kinda getting annoying now. At least we should see the remaining sets on Monday at the latest! -
Nahh, I just like building them, like some of the Ninjago, Dreamzzz, or Monkie Kid sets I usually get them to reach the threshold for GWPs. Not interested in reselling. I do have duplicates of some sets that I could sell if I wanted to, but it’s not worth the hassle to me and I have no intention to join the dark side The only set I ever sold was a second copy of the 2020 Burrow, and I did so to a friend of my sister‘s for the original retail price. I ain’t a scalper

Over 3000, not counting CMFs I have two rooms entirely dedicated to my collection, a big one with all the movie/TV-based sets, and a small one with all the game-based stuff. The split was made earlier this year Unlicensed stuff is either in boxes or in the living room But yeah, I’ve never looked at a DC set and thought it wouldn’t be worth it. Sure, the 4+ sets aren’t exactly my cup of tea, but I still buy them since they have nice prints, the minifigs often have something exclusive about them, and I can’t stand gaps in my collection

Comicbook accurate costumes and character designs often are a bit of a damned-if-you-do-damned-if-you-don‘t type thing Fans are miffed when movie costumes deviate too much from the source material, and general audiences are put off by the more out-there designs, unless they‘re played for laughs. In this case, I think the mask looks fine. We need to see it in the context of the film to properly judge it though!

That‘s a nose?! I always thought it was a smiley face Fair point Yeah, it definitely would‘ve fit better! My money‘s still on the FO Stormie‘s helmet, with the Armoured Commando‘s being a close second. -

I‘m pretty sure that mould has been destroyed. The only time they replaced a piece with a new one and then brought the original back was with the Rebel pilot helmet, and that was very quick. There‘s no reason for them to still have the old mould lying around and recreating it would cost pretty much the same as just designing a new one Edit: I thought you meant the pre-2019 helmet! The 2019 one doesn‘t work due to the moulded eyes. It has to be a helmet with a large flat-ish surface True, but TLG are never really consistent with that. The Uruk-hai and Mando supercommandos for instance had a human handprint on their helmets despite minifigs having claws SW Aliens, elves, and orcs have ears and noses, regardless of how humanoid they are. Even Gollum has ears, despite having been a hobbit once, who don‘t have ears (unless you argue they‘re hidden underneath the hairpiece). I could see them giving him the nose just because it‘s an important part of the design, his helmet being the only one in all of SW that has one -

Really? I don‘t think the hairstyle between the scenes is different enough to warrant another new piece, but you do you, TLG So Luke now has more different hairpieces than Leia and Padmé combined -

76292 is a $55 playset based on the movie with Cap, Falcon, Red Hulk, and Sabra as the rumoured minifigs. As far as I recall, the build was never specified -
For me, DC is like priority 7 or 8 Not really, because we got pretty much everything right out of the gate. The ST was treated much better than the PT was in the beginning, in terms of both character and vehicle representation While there are still some notable gaps (Babu Frik and the TROS version of The Senate come to mind), we can‘t complain too much!

Hehe If they end up in a set (fingers crossed!), TLG can’t get away with not giving them zombified faces! The return to featureless heads for the Mando BP didn’t bother me too much, but here it’d be a bit of a cop-out -
I never disliked a performance of his (my favourite being in MI-Fallout), but I agree, he‘s not that big of a draw it seems. Argylle for instance flopped spectacularly Harsh, but fair. „KAL-EL, NO!“ has been memed to death for good reason I liked her version of WW in most of her appearances, but the acting wasn’t exactly stellar. At least she didn‘t end up collecting her enemies‘ heads on a belt. Sometimes I wonder what on Earth is going on inside Snyder‘s skull

Agreed. Leto‘s Jonkler and Eisenberg’s Luthor were both huuuuuuuuge mistakes as well, as was the decision to kill Supes in his second appearance And shooting Jimmy Olsen in the face. And the Martha scene. And the less said about would-be-Doomsday, the better. I don‘t hate the DCEU, but man were there a ton of baffling decisions. My favourite thing about it are definitely some of the OSTs. Other than that, we desperately need a breath of fresh air, and the DCU so far sounds like it‘s gonna provide that

Not everything posted by leakers is a hint towards upcoming sets And even if it was, there‘s a bunch of 2013 set boxes on that picture, so why the Ewok Village in particular? -

It would, considering Thrawn and Enoch currently have no troopers to command. It would have made even more sense to release such a set this summer, but maybe they were afraid of cannibalising the sales of the Armoured Commando & Mando BP? Then again, they don‘t seem to care about that when it comes to clones… Maybe they‘re the sole exception
