  1. Thank you for all the compliments and suggestions guys. The stone wall idea is from Derfel Cadarn's Guide to Building a Medieval Village, so I'll credit him here.
  2. The foliage and texturing on the ground is great, and I also like the building, with the use of minifigure plates as roofing.
  3. You did a good job at portraying the jungle. I like the foliage and the rock formation. Your minifig posing is also fantastic.
  4. So I'm gone for a week and I miss so much. There's been so many new builds. Anyways, I may introduce a new character, which will possibly tie in to my current sigfig's plot in Nocturnus right now. As for now, I'm going to start building for the other categories of the challenge.
  5. This is a nice modified version. I like the snow and fig posing. Lord Brandon Stark apologizes for not being able to help Eolas during this time.
  6. I like the use of the LoTR sails, along with the color gold, and the rigging. Excellent ship to sum it up.

  8. I may have made a mistake when licensing my latest property. Instead of marking "factory", I probably marked "residence". There is no "Edit" option, but is there another way to fix this? Do I need to contact a regulator or moderator? Oh, and the build is here.
  9. Crecopia Residence by Brandon Stark, on Flickr Due to some encouragement by the government of Oleon, many Oleanders have traveled to the less settled settlements in New Terra, namely Crecopia. As the settlement has relatively no structures, properties are either very inexpensive or free. Thus, many commoners fleeing the crowded cities of the Old World are now flocking to islands like Ile de Tyche, where the climate is good, and opportunities to make good money are common. Besides commoners, many nobles are also seizing the chance to buy properties and lease them to newcomers. Seeing the opportunity to make Brandon's father bought out large portions of the relatively unsettled settlements. On the many properties, buildings, including this house were built. While they have remained empty, as expected, the encouragement of the Oleander government has prompted Oleanders to move here. Thus, the house was quickly bought by an Oleander merchant.

  12. Nice set of ships. I like the water effect of a cannon ball being dropped in it, along with the waves in front of the ships.
  13. Thank you! Thanks! Yeah, I think I should added something on the roofs of the stands. Thanks for the compliment! I admit I need to work on the cobblestones and the stands.
  14. Really nice set of builds. Your ships are superb, along with the fortress. I also really like the cannon firing and the flames.
  15. Fantastic theater you got there. It really reminds me of a play set in 17th century France that I saw once. Also really nice to see some building in the Old World.
  16. Like with Titus, this build is simple, but is very good. The tent is nice, and I like the layering and texturing.
  17. Eltina Factory by Brandon Stark, on Flickr Due to the amount of plantations outside Eltina, many raw materials make their way to the city, where they are shipped to Breshaun to be made into products, some of which make their way to the Oleander mainland. However, seeing the opportunity of a factory in Eltina, Brandon's father bought one of the vacant properties outside the city, which recently was built into a factory. Today, it is visited by Brandon, who is impressed at the production rate.
  18. Nice vignette. I like the layering and texturing.
  19. Eltina Market | Small Commerce
  20. Eltina Market by Brandon Stark, on Flickr While waiting for his older brother to show up with reinforcements from Ladros so he can make expeditions further into New Terra, Brandon visits the Eltina market. One year ago, this market had few vendors and visitors, yet due to the interests of some Oleander aristocrats back in the mainland, who have invested in many properties around the city, the market is now bustling with both commoners and the city's elite alike.
  21. Challenge V Cat A by Brandon Stark, on Flickr Many thoughts were on Farlen's mind as he rode through the Avalonian countryside. A few days ago, he had been ordered by man named Kevan at his Green Rider's headquarters in Albion to carry a message into the Mystic Isles. He was not given much information, besides his destination, Doriath, and a few other news relating to the heir of Historica and the Nocturnian Civil War. While he knew where it was, he only faintly knew about this Doriath place. It was an ancient elven kingdom under the rule of an elf named Brandon. While the Green Riders were not supposed to question the contents of the message they were delivering, Farlen could not help but wonder why Doriath was so important to the war. The Kingdom itself only had a force of a few hundred warriors, which could do little in a war where each forced numbered in the thousands. But maybe the elves had something that could help the war effort? Farlen, knowing he should not question the message for too long, closed his thoughts and tried to think about the view. Gods, the view was nice, he thought. Just then, his thoughts were interrupted by the sounds of two riders behind him. They were galloping, clearly in a rush. He looked behind for a few moments, to see they were wearing foreign looking armor, and were holding the curved swords. Drow, he thought in his mind. He couldn't outrun them, so he quickly stopped his horse, pulled out his sword and shield from his saddle, and shouted, "You will pass no further!" As expected, the Drow paid little attention to his words, and charged at him. However, through his training, he made quick work of both riders with a few swings of his sword. For a few moments, he stopped to catch his breath and ponder his thoughts. This is dangerous, he thought, and the signs of something bigger. He remembered the last time the Drow dared go on the main roads of Avalonia like that was the Avalonian Civil War. Feeling his mission just got more urgent, he then continued riding towards the nearest Green Rider's post for the night. Note: If anyone has a problem with the use of "Green Riders", I will remove that as soon as possible.
  22. Welcome to Eurobricks Pablo!
  23. For Challenge 5, am I allowed to use the idea of Green Riders? I seem to remember that they were from Book I, created by a user who has been inactive for years. The idea sounds nice and has some potential, and could use some developing. I won't take the idea as mine. If not, that is fine.
