Thank you, yeah I wasn't sure how to make the shed part more lively. Thanks, luckaly bricky seas are a bit less high :D Yes borrow away! I can't say which techniques I thought of or which ones I've picked up on EB along the way. More guards? do you know how much they cost! Thank you, I tried quit some different parts to get the casting, and I fully used the advantage of LDD to make any brick any colour on that part. ah clean that way, the roof is supposed to be planked, with some odd ones, but Bluerender indeed merges tiles that are touching.

Sea Rats: Sign-up and Discussion, ERA II

@Vedauwoo welcome back! Just build and worry about all the rules after, that's what I did when I found out bobs moved to another era in my absence. -
Gold smelting factory by Bart, on Flickr Gold smelting factory 2 by Bart, on Flickr The gold ore from the mine needs to be smelted in to bricks, for easy transport and valueing, therefore a factory has been constructed on the base of the mountain, where the mule train (with planks on the sleepers @Roadmonkeytj) brings in the oar on a regular base. The smelting pots are coal fired and kept hot around the clock. the gold is piled to cool and packed in crates to be transported, a bored guard keeps a look out. Bart

Whoa @Phred I wanted to move my 90 troops, not add another 90 (now it says 180, I don't have the cash income to support that many ) Did I make a mistake in the form? Bart

@Drunknok I've looked into this but I actually did reply with the necessary information in that thread (the last post) back in April, but Staff didn't update the first post since a few days before that post of mine.- 37 replies

[SR-FB] Poppy Port Lighthouse - "Rocky Reef's Light"
Bart replied to Bart's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Thank you Thanks, The design of the build was also non existing, helping a lot in the chaotic behavour of the building. I'll see if I can get a screen shot of the gears and explain how they work. Thank you, Just another Bluerender render so thank the EB member who build that (I keep forgetting his name) Sharks? razorsharp reef stones yes, and carnivorous sea turtles but sharks nah. I was really happy how the design turned out myself- 6 replies

Dr. Anderson and James are visiting the new light house on Rocky Reef, just offshore of Poppy Port. James: So do this horses have to walk around all night? dr. Anderson: No no, they just lift the weight, and then the weight will drop slowly over night to rotate the glass and mirror. James: ah nice, and what is that red flag about? dr. Anderson: Could be a storm warning, but as you can see by the clear skies, I think this is a warning that Pirates hunters have been spotted. If I designed it well, the mirror and glass will rotate when the horses do, at the same time lifting the weight. and when the horses 'rest' the weight drops to rotate the mirror some more. If the speed regulator inside the house works as I thinks it does, I cannot tell from LDD, but immagine it does :D Bart PS: I'm back from sea :P

I'm seriously thinking of abandoning this amcra. The message above is already months on my screen, and I've no idea what to build. and I feel more and more annoyed that my main character and my best ship are locked up in this idea. As most of you know, I'm at sea at the moment (one more month) and have (had) enough time to build something, but I just have no idea. Bart

Brethren of the Brick Seas (BoBS) Intro Thread, Era II
Bart replied to Bregir's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
simplest thing: Raiding = blackflag action. if not then it's an act of war. (maybe curtsy to ask the faction if it was a bureaucratic mistake or a war action before you retaliate) -

Bart replied to Bregir's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
That sounds good yes. But as it was not listed in the other thread, and we just had the whole discussion about it regarding the Prio conflict, I thought I'd better ask in advance :D. *fun that you can now go to the uninhabitated islands, nice hide out for raiders. very nice rich city's close to those :D -
