  1. Looks good! Inventive balcony on the stern to ward off sneaky stern attacks
  2. Nice fort, although its a while (maybe even a decade) since I've seen the Count of Monte Christo, but I can see the resemblance. nice detail of the track for the gun. But booze on watch?
  3. nice build, both the ship and the building. It's because others mentioned the cart otherwise I would've missed it, being black on black (on black)
  4. Well done, you got a nice pirate look.
  5. How do you build ships so fast :O In my opinion the second deck starts to far aft. otherwise I like the looks.
  6. Somebody sended me a link ones, but I've lost it. I think most searats don't even know about the list or what the intended purpose should be. Arent all ships also in the account sheets?
  7. Well done om both the rope making as the building and the scene. The minifig for the wanted poster is a nice touch.
  8. This isn't just 'greenery' anymore, this is art.
  9. *starts LDD to try immediately*
  10. How did you do that? I can't get it done in LDD
  11. Excelent scene, and a good job on the diagonall floor patern, So when is the party?
  12. To: Mayor Richard Brickford, Quinnsville, Cocovia @LM71Blackbird And: Governor Jonathan Cooke, King's Harbour, Cocovia @Bregir From: Cathy Derr, captaining the Narwal, port of Fatu Hiva, île d'Or 3 Januari 619 My dear lords, First of all a Happy New Year may the seas be mercyfull to you both. When taking soldiers onboard the Narwal I had trouble housing them all, while aiding the thinking of a way to transport them all with a pint of rum. I met an old friend, Samantha Kedd, and she offered the Myth Chaser to assist in ferrying the battalion to Quinnsville. I told her all about the arrangements, and she has taken paint on board as well. So your gunners have two targets to practise on. Fair winds, Cathy Derr, Captain of the Narwal,
  13. Thanks, You are correct my pagan temple build, featured a raised base too, for a different reason. Thank you, the BlueRender did a good job on this one indeed. The earth blue is by far my favourite colour to go to in LDD, but combined with the white and light grey walls, with different tones of grey details on the dark base, and the small specks of colour turned out great. A rich Bobs player loaned me the full amount I was short, so that is covered. And I would feel bad by accepting a donation to payback a loan I agreed too.
  14. Excellent work on the bar scenes and the conversation/story! You ship is nice too, I like the colour scheme with the two tone brown. The stern galleries are well proportioned, and the figure head may be a bit too big, but very very cool! thumbs up on the good sized spanker too. I don't know if that sail below the bowsprit on the yard arm was flown together with the staysail jibs. historically speaking that is, the jibs are more modern then the ones below the bowsprit. but I don't care, it looks cool :D
  15. If I remember correctly Blackbird has been mass producing ships at some intervals :P Does that have any effect of the number of troops a settlement can garison?
  16. Not very new is relative for me :P as I've got a 4 month gap, where in shore peoples who are online daily will think it's already old, but get your point I'm aware of the moving, you pointed that out in the PM already :P working on that.
  17. sooo there are new rules about troops too. does it have any consequenses for already existing (payed for) troops? that aren't linked to any town or placed in a location* (untill next turn when they will be doing some paintball in Quinnsville) *IC they where in a location but never filled a form for that as that wasn't necesary in the past.
  18. The still it self is well designed and build. If it was licensed as an Artisan I wouldn't have bothered about it, but I tend to agree with captain Dee otherwise.
  19. That is actually one of the things I like most the just not symmetry, but we can't all like the same :)
  20. Great idea to use computer keyboards as letterboxes
  21. It's always an honour to make the news :D
  22. That is a nice tower. Excellent design on the exterior details. It is the first time i see those small arched latice windows. Can't wait to see the inside with the shot making.
  23. I like your fireplace with the two different colour brick bricks. (but where is the chimney going?)
  24. Thanks, You didn't want to sea my chrome browser, when I was building it, there where mabe 24 pages with all kinds of designs and pictures open, from castles to churches to the grande designs I tried to recreate. The story was what started the build :) This is the way to go I think, but I'm not sure how to start or do that, I'ven't seen any fund raisers on bobs to take as an example, yeah the odd question in the private SR chat, but that wasn't about 2000 db. Thanks! Because Rodsh Derr is from Eslandonian origin, he would never voluntarily part with something that would give him 500 db a month for as long as the build stands. ai quick cash sounds real nice, but captain Derr is not a true enough pirate to just care about quick money even if there is lots of it You should have, according the monthly account sheet Oleon has enough doubloons to buy 22 Royal licenses, rich bastards I wouldn't oppose to take a loan from the faith tho, with fair terms&conditions.
  25. Thank you! Thanks, I didn't know whom exactly to ask abiut the royal license so you got tagged because you ran the challenge. Professor Thaum informed me the Royal was granted. But I cant afford it :/ This is to much honour :0
