    Very cool display! I really love the modified tree monster and the ghosts sheets on the line. When you mentioned another monster eating raw fish in the cave I immediately thought of the creature Gollum from LoTR.

    I bought a complete set by feeling the blind bags even before January 1st. When I see them in stores they seem to be going pretty fast but restocked soon.

    What I would like to see is a release of a grand building with no interior included using the normal range of parts. Then have a separate "upgrade" kit to finish the interior for those (like me) who prefer finished interiors. It would probably never happen but who knows.

    This looks really nice. Cant wait to see it built! I love the addition of the PIZZA sign because it balances out the other side and I like the DINER sign.

    Couldn't you just put a Batman head and cowl on the existing mayor figure? To me that would be a wasted spot for a figure when there are so many different ones yet to be made.

    Hanukkah is vey specific to Judaism, while Christmas has evolved far outside Christianity. Same goes for Easter. Santa, reindeer and a bunny that hides eggs on the Sunday after Passover have nothing to do with Christianity.

    I have bought every set, CMF and polybag from this theme and will definitely buy all of wave 3 and CMF2. I would gladly buy a wave 4 and/or CMF3 as well.

    Just noticed it looks like the singer has the same torso as Dick Grayson from the Lego Batman Movie Scuttler set except without arm printing.

    I love the DD! Classic 1950's rock n roll. There isn't one modular that I dislike. Like others have said, the diverse architectural styles across the whole line are really common in many mid size and larger US cities. As for the minifigure faces, I grew up with the classic face but I really disliked the lack of expression. Some of my friends would draw different faces on their Lego but I never did. I really like the modern faces with a wide variety of expressions. The first modular I bought was soley for the building. I didn't even look at the minifigures. And I was quite disappointed when I discovered the classic smiley. I had to check Brickset to make sure I wasn't given the wrong parts!
