  1. Very nice! I don't think I've ever seen a LEGO technic lawn mower before.
  2. I love this MOC. It looks clean and finished, and the interior looks great! I also love the roll cage. How does it do offroad?
  3. They are a technic piece, used in this setup: Technic Pickup Truck Chassis WIP by BrickRailz4884, on Flickr
  4. A good point in the constant battlefield of purism. Personally, all use of glue defeats LEGO's primary purpose.
  5. Does anyone know of a rather good way to make wheel arches, specifically like on the back of a Ford F250, to go around a 6 stud diameter wheel? I have experimented with these, but either way I line them up the two-stud protruding bit ruins the curve. I plan on having the entire assembly stick out from the body by half a stud, using jumper plates. Thanks in advance!
  6. Beautiful MOC. I really like the opening doors and all the details on the body.
  7. Wow. I had to look really hard at this to notice that it was indeed LEGO, and not a die-cast model. Unbelievable realism there!
  8. As far as my knowledge goes, the rules here are the same rules for the whole site, which are pinned in other locations.
  9. Yeah, it's a real shame that none of the sets this segment got approved.
  10. That is a really clever steering system, and some great bodywork! The question is, can you make it powered?
  11. How about a street sweeper? It could be a smaller model, with brushes that rotate as it moves.
  12. Here is a test "offroad". Disclaimer: No, the battery box will not be there in the final product, and yes, I do dump LEGO all over the floor.
  13. Just for future reference, it would be better to send the poster a personal message rather than bringing up a really old thread.
  14. This MOC is packed with more ingenious solutions than I have seen in a really long time! I was absolutely amazed by your system for the turntable.
  15. A few of you may have seen my earlier post about an axle, and this is where it has ended up. This is a chassis for a long wheelbase, lifted pickup truck. It features 4 wheel drive, steering, and solid axle suspension with coil shocks in the front and leaf springs in the back. Soon I will be building a Ford F-250 body for it. But enough talk, here are some pictures. Front axle, with panhard bar: Rear axle and leaf springs: Comments, criticisms, and suggestions are welcome!
  16. Here's a quick question about the MOC/WIP designation: If I create a topic displaying a WIP, which I later finish, is it proper to start a new topic for it as a finished MOC, or just post the final result in the one with the WIP title?
  17. Just watching those forks is quite mesmerizing. It looks very neat and clean as well.
  18. Very nice. Lots of functions, and the body looks really good. I like the outriggers a lot too.
  19. Beautiful tank! I love how you chose a more challenging tank to build! Do you have any pictures of the insides though? I'd love to see how it all works.
  20. I think a skull would look better on this. Now that makes me want to go build spooky scary skeletons and stuff.
  21. That is quite creepy! Is it possible to modify it so that it doesn't open the mouth all the way? And remember not to turn this into an entire human, otherwise it will probably conquer the world!
